SCAMMERS!!! What a terrible company from top to bottom!! Stole over £300 from me. Had to take a loan out to pay my mortgage!! I will forever HATE these SCAMMERS!!!

Loss of landline connection
Tried to use landline to find a permanent busy tone. Tried to reboot, with no effect. Contacted Live Chat, "spoke" with Penelope. After getting over the initial security questions, my query was dealt with without delay. Penelope was able to advise that the problem is the result of a BT Open Reach's outage. So, we don't know how long it will last but at least I know the problem is beyond my control, and will wait for its resolution. Thank you again, Penelope.

I have only got supanet for 5 days and…
I have only got supanet for 5 days and I feel it was the biggest mistake of my life. I have not had internet since then, been trying to just get someone to chat with but to no avail. I have sent technical support emails but not a single person has gotten back to me and I am here still using my mobile data. Am I asking for too much here? I just don’t get it?! If you need broadband DEFINITELY NOT SUPANET!
