Super service from Superbath.
I purchased a Geberit shower toilet and needed a connection set for my cistern. I was referred by Geberit to a number of retail stockists. I chose Superbath and stated my requirement to a lady named Helene. She was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, straight to the point.

I wish I could give them a zero
I wish I could give them a zero! This company is a scam! I ordered a part 4 weeks ago! After 2.5 weeks I followed up, they said the part isn't being manufactured anymore and they take another 2 weeks to refund the money! They are basically making money out of keeping your money! They haven't even had the decency to take the product down! It's still in their website for people to make the same mistake, because they make money out of it!

However, we did all we could to assist you.
We informed you about this as soon as we got the information from the manufacturer and we proposed you a commercial gesture for the inconvenience.
Also, we never told you it would take 2 weeks to get your money.
We only informed you that the legal timeframe for a refund is 14 days, but it does not mean that it won't be processed before.
We checked and your refund will be on your account in a maximum of 2 days.

Quality Well Run Company
This is now my third order from Superbath and so far the quality of the items have been top drawer.
I did have delivery issues that were out of Superbaths control on one of my orders where I received first class communication and customer service from Helene which helped resolve the issue promptly.
I would highly recommend this company.

This company untruths
This company untruths, I advice any person not to deal with them, when you try to call them the answering machine replying: we are closing until 8th of January 2024 despite all uk firms return to usual working day from 27th. I believe this company should not allowed to work inside UK as their base in Germany, as well they are contact me by emails boy out of working hours, they are calling me after 10:00 pm, it is really funny company.

Our phone line is closed until the 8th of January, this is also clearly written on the website.
We are not calling you in the evening.
You have been advised via email that your order has been shipped and that the delivery will take around 5 working days.
Since you sent us multiple emails showing a lot of concerns about this, one of our agents decided to reply to your emails a bit later, just to reassure you that everything is fine with your order.
This happened because we care about our customers and we want to make sure they feel listened to.
We are surprised that this upsets you.

Ships from Europe not a UK shop
The only issue was that the item was shipped from Germany and took much longer than the stipulated 3-5 days. Otherwise no issues.

Terrible
My sinks should have been here last week, I had to chase them today to be told my order is delayed. They also tried to CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE DELAYED ITEMS on a separate delivery (are they joking?). They couldn't offer to help me find an alternative and were very abrupt. Harrowing experience and a lot of precious time wasted. Will look elsewhere.

However, we never told you that you were going to receive it this week.
The delivery times on the website are clearly stated as estimated, and the manufacturer reconfirms the exact date afterward.
In your case, the delivery was planned for December.
We did not try to charge you for delayed items, you requested multiple deliveries and we also clearly state this may require extra delivery costs.
Finally, we did help you look for alternatives.
Unfortunately, we had to tell you that we do not have a similar sink available right now, as you requested.
We are happy to offer you a full refund and it will be processed within a few days.

Good customer service
Although I couldn't place my order via the website when I first tried which was frustrating, the customer service team were so polite and helpful on the phone which was great and what they suggested worked straight away.
I also liked how their website was easy to navigate and each product was linked to other parts you may need which was helpful if it's your first time buying anything like this!
