Excellent customer service

Having bought a gerberit concealed cistern I was disappointed to find the internal backplate was damaged. However, on contacting the customer service team at Superbath they (Camille) were extremely helpful in contacting the supplier for a replacement part which was delivered a few days later. Very happy customer (and plumber), would definitely buy from here again.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Please avoid it! I purchased vianty and basin over a month ago. I was informed that delivery will be in 10 working days. Two weeks later without any contact from them I called and was informed that the basin will be ready in 8 weeks, but no one informed me about this. I cancelled the basin from the order and asked to have only vanity which was in stock. I called in 7 days and was informed that my pallet is already at the custom clearance and will be with me shortly. I waited another week and contacted them. I was informed that the courier just picked up the parcel ( 8 days after confirmation about reduced order) and will be with me in a few days. I mentioned how it is possible if the parcel was already at the customs clearance- the answer: I am not responsible for what other people say. So it is over a month after I placed the order and I'm still waiting without even a confirmed date.

With all the respect I do not expect that you will agree with me.
I did not get even one update from you for a month. Make multiple kind calls and get different answers from different consultants. I am not judging the polite lady who spoke with me this week but the whole process and lack of information or updates.
If she finds conversation with me unpleasant my apologies. I am sorry for her but at the same time it took me a month to reach my boiling point.
I still did not get the delivery date and information that is coming soon. It's 'no information' for me.

We are sorry if your order is coming a bit later than you expected.

However, we respectfully disagree with this comment.

This week, you called us twice and you spoke with the same person, who told you exactly the same thing on both days: your pallet was picked up on 13.10 and it will be ready for delivery shortly.

We also reassured you that you will be immediately informed and we will make sure your delivery happens quickly.

We appreciate feedback from our customers, even negative ones because this helps us improve our service.

However, we do not appreciate it when this is done in an aggressive manner, with swear words and unfair insults to the company.

Yesterday, the agent could not even give you a full explanation of the situation without being constantly interrupted and she had to ask you to remain polite.

We would still be more than happy to clarify the situation and the delivery timeframes for pallets if you allow us to.

Failure to update, failure to deliver, failure to refund.

Dispatch date not provided. Week 2: items should be dispatched, no date provided, contact to find out date, am told one item no longer manufactured, item cancelled and refunded within 2 days. Week 3: requested date, advised another 2 weeks (5 weeks). No contact prior suggesting further delay. Wait further 2 weeks, no contact. Week 5: Request update for dispatch, told that the manufacturer has been contacted. Request cancellation and refund. Confirmed Cancelled and to wait 7-14 days for refund. Wait 10 days, chase, assured it will be processed the next day. Week 6: 14 days are up, chased, will be made with 2 days. Week 8: chased, assured this will be done the next working day. Wait 2 more days, still no refund - initiating dispute through CC company which is likely to take several months and hastle. AVOID.

Great service. Ordered on Monday a seat that had to be shipped from Germany and it arrived by the Friday! Easy to order but also rang for extra info and that was easy too. Thanks guys!

Feel Sadly let down

Bought two Geberit cisterns and spent £430 .both arrived on time but one part was broken on one cistern . I reported and took a photo and was told it would be taken up with courier and I'd be kept informed with any progress. I really think as the broken part was retailing for £15 a new part could have been sent out ( that would have been good customer service ! ) I decided to let you know I'd sort out myself rather than wait for a long drawn out response with the courier and just asked for part number so i could obtain correct part which wasnt sent but a request for feedback was, so here's your feedback.... Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend using you again and will buy all my other bathroom equipment elsewhere. You could have sorting this out easily for me ,sadly you didn't.

However, you did not leave us the time to sort this out for you.

We had to request pictures to identify the part that was broken in order to open an investigation/claim and find the best possible solution.

Your item was damaged in transit, so it was absolutely necessary to have pictures and a short written explanation from you to clearly see what happened.

You sent us an email yesterday late afternoon and you were immediately advised we would have found a solution and let you know.

Only a few hours later you mentioned that you wanted to source the part yourself, so we did not even have the time to get back to you.

Excellent service, brilliant product.

Ordered my item on a Saturday and it was delivered by the next Wednesday or Thursday. Excellent service. Very pleased with the product. It was a push plate for our Grohe wall hung toilet which we bought in brushed brass to match our other fixings. Great service, good price. Would recommend and would order again.
