i have had servers from you before very reliable and never had a problem as i can manage it myself from the control panel.

7D2D Technical Support is responsive and very helpful!

The site was very easy to maneuver.

The service seems to be fine, but the discord help is pretty bad. Admins should treat customers like they are paying for a competitive service, not answer questions with snark and sarcasm.

Easy start, server was up in a minute, no crashes/disconnects, low latency, easy to configure, I never used this kind of services before but this is quite a pleasant experience and I am planning to continue

rent a 7 days to die server, this was hands down the slowest laggyest server we have ever tried. We noticed glitches and laggyness throughout play. But that first horde night was horrendous. It was like watching a slide show. We went back to the tried and true survivalservers.com Ran the same map without any issues, we even added more spawns. and it handled it fine.

In conclusion, 7d2d.net does not have computers that can handle high end 7 days gaming.
They also took a whole day to respond to a request, we managed to setup a new server with survivalservers, had to contact support, and they responded back to us as well as had our server running before 7d2d answered the email so we cancelled them.

Your servers are running stable and are easy to set up. No problems for me, and I‘m not the brightest person.

Sometimes we are getting laggs, even when we are playing with 6 people, instead of the 16 possible players.

After purchasing the server, it was ready to play in minutes. I could configure everything from the name to the map to the blood moon count...everything I could set up in solo is easily available.

Also I love having simple access to the logs, so I can see which of my friends has recently died and which zed killed them. XD

There's only a small Dev team that maintain these servers, but they provide quick and excellent service!

I had a great 3 weeks with them. But now I haven't been able to play for the past 36 hours. My server stopped itself, and hasn't been able to start up again.
Sadly this hits right as I have time off work and was looking forward to lots of gaming time.
I had the cheapest option - so maybe I just got what I paid for. But I've decided to go back to the previous server-hosting service I was using. It was more expensive, but at least it was responsive.
