Been unable to play for the past 36 hours
I had a great 3 weeks with them. But now I haven't been able to play for the past 36 hours. My server stopped itself, and hasn't been able to start up again.
Sadly this hits right as I have time off work and was looking forward to lots of gaming time.
I had the cheapest option - so maybe I just got what I paid for. But I've decided to go back to the previous server-hosting service I was using. It was more expensive, but at least it was responsive.
DXWO was very helpful
DXWO was very helpful. After he found out what i was trying to ask, He knew what to do asap. Due to the fact I was asking the wrong question. He answer my question right. But i was getting pissed off due to the fact I was stupid asking the wrong thing so I sent him a screenshot of what i was talking about he then know i did not know what i was talking about and helped me and did more then he should of even after i was an a$$hole. At the end of day I want to say thank you sir. and i am sorry.

Dorii worked tirelessly to reset my server after my previous host left me holding the bag!
So I previously used Shockbyte and the server kept crashing, tickets weren't answered and frankly it was getting annoying. I opened a ticket in Discord (very handy) and spoke with Dx within a few minutes. They were helpful and assured me that my issue with transferring over the old server files would be rectified soon. I hadn't expected them to help, not their server not their problem.
But no! The people on this server actually give a crap about you. Dorii got my ticket and with lightening speed, and amazing patience walked me through the problems I was having. She was very helpful, not only fixing the problem but then explaining what was happening every step of the way. When it was discovered that my old server crashed, and corrupted the save files, she freaking found the corrupt files and manually recreated them to make the server run again.
Even though the staff here had no reason to help, they did. Even though the staff had 1000 other tickets, they took the time to personally help me with a tough issue. The time and hard work of these members should not be understated. Even though they didn't have to, and I was a new customer, they cared.
You guys rule, and I am happy to keep being a loyal customer!

Average Service, bad server performance/lag if living in UK
I was a customer for a while, had a satisfactory server, palworld server and a valheim server.
I was mostly satisfied with the service, its a little laggy here and there but it was bearable... until I closed those servers and opened a valheim server. The quality of the game and the intensity of the lag increased with only the 3 of us playing.
I am not sure if the fact I am based in the UK had any impact on the server quality, maybe they dont get good coverage in the UK? As a result of this lag I opened a support ticket on the discord server to which I did not receive any acknowledgement for 2 days, after a bit of back and forth, again another 2 days went by, nothing... radio silence. Unsatisfied with the server performance and the support unfortunately I have decided to cancel my subscription and look somewhere else.
Overall, this is an average hosting service. I cant honestly recommend it, especially to the UK population.
Works well
Pretty cheap price, had some issues with importing world, went to discord, created ticket, within an hour or so everything resolved, fast support (Basically the admin made it all so i didnt have to).. If you encounter any issue, head right to discord, helps a lot :)

Smaller groups should avoid.
While the service is decent. There is no changing over from 7 days to another of the games they support for servers. If you a small group who hops games. I can not recommend this hosting group.

SUPER fast response
I was able to get support insanely fast!
My issue was minor but the person I spoke to was fast and attentive to my concerns.
Thankfully my issues were super minor. But with the support i was provided I am confident that if something larger comes up, the team will do a great job helping to get it resolved

Had a few bumps in my server that I was renting. Reached out to support and got "Dorii". What A pleasure! Both times I had issues she was the one who got my ticket and responded promptly and got the job done! Great experience.
