Superdrug Avis 

I ordered 2 x blemishes patches & a Mochino EDP with a free weekend bag.
I received a small packaging with only the 2 blemishes patches. No sign of the EDP or the free weekend bag. I tried calling the customer service but the automated message stated that Superdrug no longer accept calls and I should either email or send a private message on messenger. I haven’t had a response back from my email. Someone contacted me on messenger and asked me to check with EVRI? I had already informed the person that I have received the package but there was missing items from my order. Clearly they didn’t look at what I sent them as proof of what I ordered and what I received.
Utterly despicable service. I expect either my order in full or a full refund of what I did not receive.
I can’t even upload any photos on this review.

Non existence online customer service, no telephone number, no live chat options. Only options are to email or use messenger. You get 1 reply after 24hrs+ later, then you got to wait another 24hrs+ for another reply. Nothing gets resolved, it's just back and forth messaging for days and weeks. The MOST frustrating customer service EVER

Very disappointed. Ordered a perfume for my son’s birthday with next-day delivery, but it still hasn’t arrived a week later. Asked for a refund—won’t be buying from this unreliable company again…

I was in superdrug westfield stratford this afternoon and a big thanks to Julie for helping my mum finding the right foundation concealer and blush on. Im very pleased with her patience for helping my mum to find the right shade.

I was served today by a young lady at the Superdrug store on corporation street and I had to leave a review to say how happy I was with my service. I was served by a young lady called Poppy whose customer service was second to none. She was so helpful, so polite and in a word wonderful. She went above and beyond to be helpful and she is an absolute credit to your store. I have always been a boots shopper for my main store but this will be changing from today and I will now be a frequent shopper of Superdrug.

Out of stock item not refunded, after several ridiculous "investigations" by customer service team they refuse to do anything about the refund not going into my account. Blamed my bank, but in fact they will not refund money or do anything about it.

Don't shop for them, I was a regular customer, not anymore. Contacted bank who say Superdrug is at fault and written to BBC Watchdog now.

I purchased a perfume on the app at a member’s only price to be delivered to my local store. I go a text to say it was waiting collection then another an hour later to say as I hadn’t picked it up I was being refunded. I phoned and they said it was not in stock but the app continued to say it was available at that store but was much more expensive! I think a mistake had been made and they were doing damage limitation. I have screenshot the relevant info and kept the texts. I am tempted to phone Trading Standards about this.

my daughter collected an item for me and was spoken to With up Most disrespect in front of customers and work colleagues. This is not acceptable. The girl that served my daughter worked on the perfume counter disgraceful how dare she be so rude we will not shop there again.order number 10222529440

Excellent customer service from Dawn at the Newquay store , very friendly and attentive to each customer , there was something I couldn’t find (bio oil) so my husband asked her for help, she took us to the products and showed all sizes and brands they had , she did say if I need any further help her name was Dawn .
My husband and I do apologise took this that she was our own personal shopper and kept shouting her , But each time she came to our aid .
She was super friendly and looked very happy to be at work and was having some banter with my husband which I thought was lovely and she made us feel very comfortable in our shopping experience in the store .
Dawn your a star and will definitely look out for you on our return .

Marwa in manchester arndale cosmetics was so cooperative with me ive always struggle finding my shade but she was so kind and helped me get the perfect concealer shade!!💞

Attended the Superdrug Store Middlebroke ,Horwich today l had previously booked online to have a B12 consultation l attended on time when after a few minutes the 'nurse' stuck her head around the door and asked if l had booked an appointment which l had and told me immediately she couldn't see me as she was busy then went on to ask if l had my prescription all this wasn't made clear on the website plus if l had a prescription from my G.P l would not of attended this ridiculous farce of a so called appointment Melanie the nurse was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Be warned if you miss your collect-in-store collection date and your order is returned they will NOT refund you. Absolutely awful. They now have both my money and my items. Customer service useless and asked me for personal information completely unnecessary to my refund.

When my daughter cried Tina made her happy again and cheered her up I also thing she did the piercing very well 👌

Elmsleigh Centre, Unit 26 The, Staines TW18 4QB. Racism rude staff! I didn't notice the name but she was an old white lady at the till who was a total rude and racism person! I paid my cash to her hand with a friendly smile But she return my change by dropping the coins at the counter!! I was stunned at the moment and not know what to react, i should have told her to refund and keep those goods!! NEVER EVER SPEND AT THAT STORE AGAIN! I WONDER WHY SUPERDRUG HIRED SUCH RUDE PERSON IN THE STORE!?

I can see now that some of the reviews for Super Drug are not good!
Made an order 3 weeks ago and received a wrong order. I tried contacting them to ask for a refund - they asked for a picture of what I’d received and now heard nothing. Had the same message 3 times about sending a picture, which I have done.
It’s the first time I’ve bought from them on line and definitely the last. What a shoddy way to run a business.
My order was over £30 so all I want now is the money back as they obviously can’t not provide an online service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Faiza, the team leader at Superdrug Brunswick. She was honestly amazing – super friendly, approachable, and really helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and keeps everything running smoothly with a smile.

She made my visit so easy and pleasant, and it’s clear she’s not only great at her job but also a fantastic team leader. It’s always a better experience when someone goes that extra bit to help – and Faiza definitely did that.

I had a lovely experience at Superdrug in New Square, West Bromwich. Veena, the fragrance advisor, was absolutely brilliant – very polite, friendly and welcoming. I asked about the new Britney Spears perfume, and she went the extra mile to check if it was in stock and made every effort to help me. It was such a pleasure to shop with her assistance. She is a real credit to Superdrug and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service!

Made an order over 3 weeks ago with superdrug pharmacy, have been chasing ever since. My order has been paid for and prescribed, it was not available at my local pharmacy for collection so was advised to get this delivered when contacted customer services. Another 10 DAYS have passed since this communication and still I am waiting for my medication to be delivered !!!

I went into the mexborough store today 6/9/25 and was greeted by the team which I thought was very kind. The team was so friendly and kind, they were so helpful throughout my visit in the store. The team is a credit to the Superdrug business and deserve to be recognised for their amazing service. Thank you mexborough Superdrug for making my experience amazing
