Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket ... so WHY advertise it!

Communication is slow and poor. They used MyHermes to deliver who apparently delivered the item through the letterbox , good trick that getting a mug through a letterbox ! Suffice to say I haven't... Voir plus

Bought a mug 2 weeks ago still not received it, still not had communication about where it is ? Don’t know if I’m going to get it , it was gift for someone who was leaving so I missed opportunity to give her it ! Annoying 😠

I order the package and then received an email say because I had ordered a key ring it would arrive in 3 day it took five days to arrive

very disappointed
Sadly I needed the mug for a particular day and chose Supermug because at the time it said on the website it would be delivered in 72 hours. When I received the invoice it said the next 5 working days. I immediately emailed back saying should I cancel the order or could they still get it to me in time. 3 days later they replied saying no, it would come in 5 working days. I missed it and as I work abroad, it will presumably get sent back to them, but I still paid for it.

I loved the father's day keyring so…
I loved the father's day keyring so much that i ordered 2 teacher's keyrings. Unfortunately, there was a spelling mistake but i got a repalcement a few days after i informed customer services. I would highly recommend Supermug.
