Supermug Avis 

Ordering a key ring for Father’s Day didn’t arrive & wouldn’t /couldn’t provide tracking details!! Won’t respond to email!! Had to file a dispute with PayPal.

Ordered something 3 weeks ago for father's day it still hasnt arrived.
Supermug ignored my emails and I've now had to start a claim through PayPal to get my cash back from this scam company.
Thank goodness I used PayPal & they don't have my card details.

Bought a personalised keychain for Father's Day and it looks just as good as it does on the website! It wasn't a scam, the item wasn't cheap quality like I was deep down inside scared it will be. It looks amazing!!! The kids were excited, daddy is happy, it was a great experience overall. Also the delivery was super fast and on time!

Awful company. Ordered a mug for my teacher on the 31st and it is now the 17th and have heard noting. Contacted customer service and was told they’ll “get back to me” which was now 5 days ago. Avoid at all costs, could probably make the mug better yourself.

My delivery is yet to arrive and I haven't had a reply from any of my recent emails. The mug was for a birthday, but this has now passed. Non-existent customer service - just choose another website, avoid Supermug.

Took nearly 2 weeks to receive a smashed mug, tried to blame Royal Mail for late delivery but dispatch notification proved otherwise. Poor comms, poor customer service. Would have given 0 rating if possible. Thanks to the power of Paypal & Social Media I did get a refund.

Not sure how this website works but i still have not received any confirmation, i placed an order on the 4th June and still no email. I have also sent numerous emails and no one has replied back. There is not even a customer service number i can contact. This item is a gift and there is no reassurance if i will get this in time, lack of communication and notification.

Not happy and i have even got the item yet.

Lovely item which arrived quickly and was presented very nicely.

The ordering process and payment is easy, but after that it all went a bit down hill.

Ordered on the 21st of May and it’s now the 4th of June, and i’m still waiting, after numerous emails and having to prove i ordered and paid, which surely should the the information they have, i was told i had been lost in the post?! but i get the feeling the order was never actioned.

I had a email yesterday saying the Mug had been dispatched with RM royal mail i’m guessing.... but as of now.... still no mug.

I ordered 2 extra name tags for existing personalized keyrings and was delighted with them. The delivery was exceptionally fast and I have no complaints at all about the ordering process. My only gripe is the cost of postage for a very small parcel but overall an excellent service

Just as so many of the reviews on here have also stated - item never arrived.
Avoid.

If this could be 0 stars, it would be. Purchased multiple keyrings. Product never arrived; corrrespondance with seller very very poor and to date (2 months after purchase), still no refund received. Have now opened case with PayPal.

Had one for my 5 Grandchildren then had a surprise I have now 6 . Not much room for any more names. So will use my 5 one now and my new one with other Nanny mugs. Thank you.

I was delighted with mug. The delivery was quick & it was packed perfectly to prevent damage. The mug itself is strong, beautifully designed & a decent size for a nice cup of tea. I would recommend Supermug to anyone.

Absolute scam. Ordered a key ring 4 days before Mother's day, still waiting nearly 4 weeks later. Have contacted them, received a reply (no apology) and have heard nothing since. Now seeking legal advice. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
