What a ripoff! First, it took over a month to receive it. The book is so small. The markers do not perform the way they should. Definitely would not purchase again. Especially at $33.00.

I am so greatful to this company, I didt receive my 1st order. And to this company credit, they sent another straight out. I am very greatful. And my Granddaughters just Love then. Thankyou so much.

the customer service is amazing. For some reason the courier company lost my items and instead of making me wait they immediately sent me a new order and made sure that it reaches. Would totally recommend and the pens are amazing.

Delays this year, before Xmas, was a problem of everyone's ( including SuperSquiggles) However the two sets of pens and Case finally arrived and my Granddaughter could not have been happier, she absolutely loves the pens uses them constantly.
And my most pleasant experience with the company came when I complained of the slow delivery - They replied almost immediately to my concerns and stayed in contact with me until all products had arrived. Customer service seems to be forgotten these days, good to see that some companies still understand Loyalty to their customers.
Thanks again for the products and Service and I would definitely recommend your Company and Products.

Ordered 15/10/21 and I have still not received my order, emailed them at least 20 times and keep getting them same reply. Covid. Won’t give me refund as order is “in transit” sick fed up with there respond and unhelpful ness! Christmas is in 2 days and won’t have them or my money! Do not waste your money they are so not worth it.

Shipping delays with NZ Post meant it took an extra couple weeks to arrive so I reached out to the team and they responded super quickly and were extremely helpful. I ordered three separate sets so there was a fair bit of plastic but not a huge amount and they arrived in perfect condition. The markers themselves are STUNNING! 🤩 They’re mesmerizing to use and gorgeous on the paper. The colors are beautiful and the markers glide really nicely 😍😍

Website claims "allow 21 days" but does not mention ships from overseas and may get delayed in customs as this order did. Almost one month later... nothing.

Delivery was a little slower than expected with Covid but well worth the wait, the pens are fantastic. My hobby is making fancy cards and they will be a brilliant accessory for me. My granddaughter loves craft and drawing soI have a set for her for Christmas. She is gunna love them.brilliant colour and sparkle to give that great pizzas to your work.

Ordered markers for my daughters birthday and received the package with nothing inside except a plastic white table cover. Wondering if this place is a scam and not a happy customer.

I didn’t get my order at first and was worried that I’ll never get it. I wrote customer service and received a speedy reply. Abegail and Chinnie were very helpful and resend a new package for free. This time it arrived and my daughter loves those beautiful markers. Thank you so much! Keren.

It did take a while to arrive, 40 days to be precise. But the customer service was great and the pens are awesome. My daughter loves them.

I worte an email where I described the problem. After you understood what happend ,you sent me new markers FREE of charge.

I ordered 4 packs of SuperSquiggles for birthday presents! They arrived but one pack had a pen that exploded. I emailed to ask what the process was to return it and they immediately responded and are sending a whole new set. Prompt attention to this very minor matter was impressive! I wish more companies had this kind of personal swift response. Anne

Customer service is excellent! I received a set of pens and was disappointed in them. Customer service reached out to me and sent a second set. The grandkids love them though I think there is more silver than color.

Pens are absolutely amazing! Kids love them. Service was prompt. Would definitely recommend purchasing the pens-great for school projects.

In the end they made it right. When a delivery that was promised for Christmas did not arrive, the customer service department was very responsive and polite. They would not refund my money but instead reshipped the order. By March, both orders had arrived.
