What a ripoff! First, it took over a month to receive it. The book is so small. The markers do not perform the way they should. Definitely would not purchase again. Especially at $33.00.

The first time
The first time, the item did not arrive, but when I wrote to verify the status, they immediately send the item again without additional cost. When arrived, my daughter love it!!! The communication with them, always was accessible and quickly.

Customer Service Very Helpful
We had an issue with the shipping as we live overseas with the government. After a couple of months of not receiving them I contacted customer service. They were very helpful and reordered the markers for us. They arrived pretty quickly and everyone really enjoyed their Christmas gift even if it was a few weeks late.
Very easy to work with once I realized there was a problem and should contact customer service!

Thought this would be a GREAT gift for my Granddaughters for Christmas, 2020. Ordered mid November, 2020 and received them after Christmas. I was frustrated and upset at the time frame for shipping of the items. The Customer Service Dept. was very understanding and agreed to replicate the order and send it to me. Now I will be able to share these squiggle pens with additional children. Kudos to their Customer Service Department!!!
