Creative Labs Avis 

GARBAGE. speakers broke shortly after purchasing about 1 month. tried to return to store of purchase. I was told to get in contact with creative labs. went on their site and filled out the proper forms for refund or exchange and they never got back to me. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR TRASH PRODUCTS.
The problem that I'm having is well documented with others online and they are well aware of but continue to sell the product. Then when contacted to return or replace they ignore you.

I purchased a Creative T100 speaker on January 2, 2025 for $116.59. Within 4 months it completely lost power with no misuse or physical damage whatsoever. Creative Labs approved my RMA (RMAUS26L100265) but is demanding I pay return shipping out of pocket for THEIR manufacturer defect. This violates the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Despite multiple emails and live chat contacts, their only response is "we will update you via email" — for days with zero resolution. I have now filed an FTC complaint (Report #200894994) and a BBB complaint.

I am warning anyone considering Creative Labs products — if something goes wrong, their warranty support is a complete runaround designed to make you give up. Buy from a brand that actually stands behind their products.

Il 22.2.2022 ho acquistato un paio di cuffie Creative Scfi Gamer. Dopo poco più di due anni i padiglioni si sono sfaldati rendendo le cuffie quasi inutilizzabili a causa dei continui pezzettini neri che mi entrano pure dentro le orecchie. Dopo poco più di tre mesi dalla scadenza della garanzia ho contattato il supporto Creative per avere una soluzione e mi hanno riferito di non avere ricambi per quel tipo di cuffie e di rivolgermi a siti esterne per la ricerca. Incredibile alla faccia dell'assistenza. In pratica uno acquista un prodotto anche costoso e dovrebbe buttarlo dopo il periodo di garanzia?

I purchased a pair of earbuds from them. I should have known I was in trouble based on the amount of time it took for them to get to me. They have a 30-day return policy, and I was unhappy with the earbuds, so I took advantage of this and asked for a return authorization which was granted. I shipped to them keeping the RMA number on the outside of the package as instructed. My problem is that after I confirmed that they had been delivered I misplaced the shipping receipt. My bad. Now they won't even talk to me except to say that RMA hasn't shown up. I have never experienced such incompetence from a company in some time.
