REFUSES TO PAY ONE DIME TO 2 TIME CANCER PATIENT

Been paying on dental policy since 2008. This is Honey's 2nd round of cancer...after the first, he needed all his teeth out.
You people have refused to pay a dime, saying that "we did not file it within the time frame specified." This is a blatant lie.
It was also refiled later, and this company did not even give me the courtesy of an EOB one way or the other. Totally unprofessional. Would sell their momma for $78/mo.

9 months and still no reimbursements

I submitted for reimbursement in March. It is now December. They have asked for prior medical records 3 times now. I have gone to the prior medical DR who ALL say they sent the paperwork. The last time, I got the paperwork and sent in myself. I received another request 2 days ago. Complete run around. No ability to call anyone. Refusal in emails to call me back. BEWARE.

Don’t get started with this scam company

After two months of trying to get my insurance canceled because I went on Medicare they just added to my wife’s bill and billed me for two years. When she went on Medicare again she was assured it was cancelled but the same bill appeared. When we called and complained they suffered us a fractional refund. Stay away from this scam company.

Scam artist do not spend any money with them!

I bought insurance through a man named Ricky diamond he assured me that I had orthodontic coverage called him several times and talk to him asked him repeatedly and he assured me every time I had orthodontic coverage. Well come to find out I didn’t not only did I not have it but they don’t even provide it through the company. Extremely disappointing I was scammed and taken advantage of. I would never recommend buying anything from this company. You’re a woman or disabled or a senior citizen they will take complete advantage of you.

Inaccurate price estimates

My optometrist was not able to get me an accurate quote for services before they finally went to bill for it. Whatever info they got about how much is covered was inaccurate and much higher at the point of billing.

Non existent customer service

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to cancel my policy but the 1 800 number on the website is never answered and says it is closed during the specified business hours. Called a dozen times over July. Then I finally was able to contact my agent who gave me a different number which says there are no operators to take my call and to leave a call back number. Left my number at least 15 times still no response. Finally I was able to find an email address which is not even listed on there website. They just continue to refer me to the 1 800 815 8535. I tell them it doesn’t work and they continue to ignore my questions or to refund my money for the past months I have not been able to contact them. Absolutely livid. Complete scam of a company. Stay away.

Nice experience

The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. this is the second time you’ve sent me a survey like this and I believe there was also one on the telephone after I hung up could we maybe just do one review in the future thank you.

I got this thinking it would cover…

I got this thinking it would cover copays on my Medicare advantage plan. I got a colonoscopy which the hospital automatically called surgery when a polyp was removed. $330 copay for that! This was my first claim with Surebridge and they denied it. I could have just saved the money instead of paying premiums! I'm going to cancel the policy. It's not what I thought it was.

Mistake

It's absolutely impossible to get them on the phone .Had a policy for 2 yrs and I've had enough .

Your website is not easy

Your website is not easy. I was unable to follow the instruction to complete the task because the authorization Code never came through for me to continue. In addition, Too many mistakes appear in my insurance application:
1) Misspell the name, 2) Mistake in automatic payment of monthly premium, 3) Wrong ID number in my SureBridge card causing rejection. All these caused me a lot of time and trouble to call the office to explain and the agent time to respond.....
I hope these simple mistakes were eliminated to save time and to make life easier Thank you, Homer Ma

I didn’t enroll

I didn’t enroll. I canceled my insurance. I ask for a letter stating that my insurance was canceled. Service rep. Sad we don’t do that! I would appreciate a letter from surebridge stating that my insurance was canceled. An email would be fantastic. Thank you. While I had insurance through surebridge it was very good.

9 month grace period

9 month grace period before it will pay on eyeglass frame is ridiculous! I’m paying the premiums therefore I should get full benefits. All other is fine.
