Affordable eye insurance

It’s hard to find an affordable eye insurance and SureBridge is a good one. I have never paid for an eye doctor appointment and you pay for a small amount on glasses but I like my glasses a certain way that is not paid but it would be that way with any insurance.

They suck!!!!

They suck! It took 8 months to get my check from last year. I sent a new claim this year in April and it’s June 2022 and they still have not received it. Each time I call they have a different response. Btw your claims are not processed through SureBridge they are processed through a third party. SureBridge takes your money that’s all. I tried to fax my claim but the number given is barely on and it only looks at faxes once a week on Thursday. So if you have a better option I would say take it

Less than satisfied

I am less than satisfied with my life insurance experience!!! I have had coverage sense March 2022!! I have made several phone requests for a copy of my policy information, but still have not received anything!! May 2022, sent a email request to speak to a manager, about my experience!! I finally received a email telling Me to setup an account, which I did!! I received a response to the email I sent that said I would receive the policy information I requested!!! I only time will tell!!

slow paying on claims

We filed 2 claims for my husband, they were received almost a month ago (2 days will be a month). One of the claims is showing pending on the portal for over a week, the other claim is not even showing on portal. One claims is for gall bladder removal but they went back 5 years on his medical history, gallbladder flair up is something that happens quickly. whenever we call for update we always get persons with such thick accentss we have to ask for other person. Main complaint is we have policy to help with missd pay, he missed 3 weeks work, we have poicy to help with missed income. Very slow paying not sure we will keep policy.

Slow paying claims

We filed 2 claims for my husband, one was for gallbladder taken out, they went back to medical records for 5 years!!! They have had claims for almost 30 days. One claim is showing pending on portal, one not showing up at all. Everytime we call we get someone with such thick accent we can't understand them, gave to ask for someone else. He missed 3 weeks work, have policy to help catch up bills, but taking so long not much help. Not sure we will keep policy

Surebridge Accusation of Policy Lapse

Surebridge accused us of letting my wife's policy lapse when they were paid by credit card every month, January to April. The May payment, when debited to the same credit card, was denied. Rather than call us about valid/invalid credit cards, you sent us an absurd letter about the policy lapse and grace period. We wasted 3 hours on the phone between Surebridge and Via Benefits straightening out your administrative and poor communication mistake. And why isn't the Surebridge Call Center in the USA? You should be ashamed of yourself for sending good jobs to Bogota, Colombia!
