No confirmation email, no item
Still haven't received a confirmation of the item I purchased, nor the item itself. I ordered it a couple days before Christmas. I won't do business with this company again.

Items not really in stock....
I purchased over $400 worth of things. They were clearly labeled "in stock". Within 24 hours you refunded my money because the items weren't actually in stock.

The hockey jock shorts are really nice and were at a great price, but they sure do run big as noted in the posting. If they had a medium size I'd exchange them, but apparently Large is the smallest size they stock at this time. I'll give them a try tonight and we'll see if they hold up my socks.
I must note that their delivery tracking system is a bit vague regarding just where the order is at any time. That said, these shorts arrived in about a week, which is OK.

Was very disappointed with my purchase
Was very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a Howies water bottle with a long straw and received the pop top lid. No email regarding the change of lid.

Ordered a pair of hockey...
Ordered a pair of hockey skate runner blades, the description was very basic which caused me to order the incorrect style blade, I contacted them TWICE about returning the unopened blades and heard nothing from them both times.
Shop somewhere else that actually has customer service.
