The shipping labels was created on the 16th. It's now the 20th and there's been no updates on the tracking. I can only assume that it still hasn't actually shipped yet.

Once a package is in USPS’s possession, we don’t have control over their internal scanning or tracking updates — and sometimes tracking updates are delayed while items move between distribution centers.

When I need a DVD of any movie or tv series surprise castle usually has the item in stock or they will have it by the next day and they will send me a message telling me that the item is in stock and when I purchase something from they it is always sent out no later than the next day, they do not mess around and they give me a tracking number that is for real and I can completely rely on them to get everything accomplished when they say so. I trust in surprise castle and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Your order was handed over to USPS on January 2nd, within 24 hours after it was placed. Unfortunately, USPS has not delivered it to you yet, and we do not have control over USPS.
Tracking still shows that you'll receive the item within the next few days.

I ordered The Blackwood Institute omnibus on June 18 and it arrived on June 23. My book was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I’ve been looking for an affordable price for this book and even with shipping it was the best pricing on any site.

Ordered 5 movies, Only got 3
Ordered 5 movies total. The 2 Blu-rays were the main things I wanted and I added on a few cheaper DVDs since I was already paying the shipping cost. The DVDs shipped and arrived with no mention of the 2 Blu-rays. I reached out to customer service and they told me the warehouse couldn’t find them and they’d refund me the cost for those. Why not tell me that BEFORE you ship part of my order? I would have rather get a refund on the entire order before you shipped part of it.
