This is for the entire time i have been with service finance. I have been a customer since 2019. This loan is a scam the original approval and time frame to pay it off was not realistic but I was desperate for A/C. I think the company preys on the desperate. I lost my employment for a full year due to an illness and the company would never work with me. They just kep.reportomg me as past due to the credit bureau ruining my credit score again heartless. Now that I am finally able to pay them back the way they apply payments is not to the past due amount even if you pay over the amount that is past due. An example say you owe 95 dollars on Nov 26 and you pay 201.98 on 12/15/2024 the way their computer algorithm is set up is the payment will not bring you current instead it only pays for the current month December. Since the computer registers payment i December they say you are paying extra towards the principal and you still owe your regularly scheduled payment. It makes no sense it is a SCAM to the co sumer to charge you late fees and overages and never keep your payments current. Computer how desperate you are NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau. Thank you.

I was financed for window world but the rep didn't ask how much i make. next thing i know i'm approved for $8,805. i get the loan agreement and he has me as being resigned [i work for the sheriff's dept] and THAT I make $9,300 a month from who knows what source[ FALSIFYING INFORMATION]. that's over $111k a year. i make 54K a year.. then they have it where if i pay off the loan before 10 years i still have to pay $116 for the remaining years [interest] until the 10 year contract ends which would leave me paying close to $19K for 4 windows. the collateral? my house. and there's a clause for that: if i lose or sell my house i have to advocate for the lien they have on my house for a loan that would have been paid if i didn't cancel it [overnight mail] IMMEDIATELY! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE: RIPPOFF.

We are a dealer that offers financing through Service Finance. From my end, they are extremely responsive and courteous when I call in to clarify details of an application. I think the longest I have been on hold was maybe a little over 5 minutes. I just called in to get details for a client that had a to unfreeze her credit to get the financing. I spoke to Alejandro who quickly helped me get the appropriate information submitted for my client. It makes both of us look good when we can get questions answered and issues resolved in minutes. Very happy to work with Service Finance.

Finance cheating working some company sale deficit equipment.

While setting up a new acct. I submitted the wrong user name and could not correct it. I called and reached Jasmine Williams who was Wonderful, Patient and extremely helpful. As my first experience with Service Finance Co. , if all other representatives are as helpful as Jasmine, I anticipate ease in working with this company if I have issues. Thank you Jasmine.

Disgusting and fraudulent activities by this finance company. They stole an extra $2000 from us after we paid the account in full, resulting in us having to scramble to pay our bills because we were not expecting the extra charge. After fighting with their useless outsourced "customer service" they claimed they wouldn't be able to give the money back for 30 days. This is disgusting and absolutely ridiculous, especially when they had no authorization to take the extra money when the account was paid down to $0. I should report the charge as fraudulent to my bank, because it is. I will also be reporting this to any and every bureau and review website I can find. Taking advantage of people because of gross incompetence is not something a supposedly reputable company that deals with money should be doing. Finance with someone else, save yourself the trouble.

They refuse to process the payments and can’t explain why. They want to take your house.

Horrible financing company. The system is crap, and the agents have no idea how to help.
I made my payment 3 weeks before the due date and kept getting emails that my payment is past due. And when I called the agent had no idea how to deal with this situation

Ms Williams is a wonderful person, she helped me through an issue I was having difficulties with. She was very kind and helpful. She had such patience with me and had no problem helping through me with my issues. It was great to have been able to have Ms Williams helping me. Thank you Ms Williams! I could not of been able to have gotten through without you. I hope if I ever need to contact SVCFIN again the next reps will be as good as you.

This Company, Is Not Truthful, And Honest About Their Business Practices. They Don't Tell The Applicants For Funding That They Will Place A Lien,And Or Use Your Property As Collateral Until After The The Home 🏡 Improvement Work Has Been Completed. They Along With The Contractors Use Bait & Switch Tactics After We
Signed The Documents. They Prey On Vulnerable Senior Citizen Homeowners. In Addition They Have Terrible Customer Service, We're Unable To Speak With Someone Who Understands Our Concerns. They've Outsourced The Call 📞 Center Overseas. I'm So Disappointed With Both Contractor & Finance Companies.

This company is a scam and I wouldn't have anything to do with using them to finance any project that you may have. In fact if a company suggest Service Finance Co run and find a new contractor. I don't know who wrote the glowing reviews because that is not the company that I dealt with. Obtained a loan for HVAC system. When we went to pay the loan, at the first payment they charged me $188. in interest. I don't understand how you can charge interest when you haven't even received the first bill. When I contacted the company the customer service was horrible and of no help. This company should be shutdown and the doors permanently closed and everyone fired.

Tanesha was wonderful. I called, desperate, because I never received my first statement in the mail. I got Tanesha on the phone, explained my dilemma, and she not only walked me through how to log in and set up my account but also helped guide me step by step on how to reset my password, change my email on file, and make my first payment. My local mail service is a 1 star but Tanesha is a 5+ Star for saving my behind and making sure I made my first payment in time!!!
