Extremely disappointed with the unreliability of this service. Around 50% of the time, I had to personally collect my Mounjaro medication because it had not been dispatched on time. This was often due to stock shortages, yet this was not communicated properly in advance.
Because the higher doses were frequently unavailable, I was unable to increase my dosage at the correct time and was instead forced to remain on a lower dose for longer than prescribed. As a result, my weight loss progress stalled despite being disciplined and consistent with both the treatment and my routine.
The treatment itself has been effective, but repeatedly having to drive across London each month just to stay on track with my medication is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Due to the ongoing delays, stock issues, and poor communication, I have decided not to continue with the service.

What we can say is that our service relies on patients responding promptly to required clinical and health-check questions, particularly where ongoing treatment and dose progression are involved. These checks are in place for patient safety and are not optional.
Our pharmacy team also contacted you as part of our monthly progress and safety follow-up process. We aim to support every patient respectfully and professionally. However, we also operate a zero-tolerance policy towards rude, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour towards our pharmacists and staff.
