I don’t normally wright reviews but Joanne really does deserve one, I absolutely hate having my bloods done, but Joanne is so lovely and made me feel so at ease I forgot what I was there for, highly recommended.

Progesterone test Day 21
This is the best last minute blood test service one could ask for. Joanne was super professional, efficient and kind.
I had 12 failed attempts with other organizations over 2 days and was getting really desperate for a very time sensitive test. Joanne accommodated us last minute, and managed to get my blood sample as painlessly as I ever had it done. True professional service!
If you need a Day 21 progesterone blood test in UK, or any other last minute blood test in UK this is the best service you can get.

Sons fasting times were recorded incorrectly and it was very hard getting her to accept blame and refund. Had to go to the person who introduced us to get them to get it back. Not a nice experience

I had a DHT blood test arranged with Joanne and was advised fasting wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, this meant the results came back inaccurate. When I asked about a refund, this was declined, and further tests we had booked were not followed through. This left us in a difficult position, as my wife was unwell and we were relying on the results. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing and not what I expected when arranging important health tests.

We’d like to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review:
• The DHT blood test result was valid. It does not require fasting, as confirmed directly by the laboratory. Claiming otherwise is false — anyone unsure can spend two minutes on Google to check. Despite this, you still requested a refund on a valid test.
• We already refunded you for two Ultimate Health Checks, so the claim we “wouldn’t refund” is misleading.
• You later requested a TruCheck Intelli multi-cancer screening test (£1200). The terms and conditions were explained and signed, but you failed to pay, so it was not processed. For accuracy: TruCheck Intelli is a screening test for healthy, asymptomatic individuals, designed to detect circulating tumour cells. It is not intended for people who are already “unwell”, as you claimed. That statement is false and shows a complete misunderstanding of the test you requested.
• The idea that we “refused to continue with other tests rendering the bloods useless” is also false — the only reason the test did not proceed was your refusal to pay in advance, as required.
We run our services transparently and professionally. To call a valid test invalid, ignore refunds already given, misrepresent what TruCheck Intelli actually is, and then try to order a £1200 cancer screen without paying does not reflect well. If you believe otherwise, you are welcome to try the same with another provider — though we doubt you’ll find one that agrees.

Lovely experience considering I was getting my blood drawn.
Over a week wait with the NHS in the area but I was fit in first thing the next morning! Friendly polite and made it an overwhelmingly positive experience.

An Absolute Godsend!!

What an absolutely brilliant service. I needed an urgent blood test but the NHS couldn't give me an appointment for several days despite it being urgent. So rather than have to wait days or weeks for the appointment, we were able to book an appointment with Swift for the following day. I genuinely doubt I'll ever go to the hospital now for future tests and sit around for hours on end. The appointment was so easy to arrange via the website and Jo the nurse was lovely. She even delivers the blood to the hospital testing lab for you... And it only cost £35 for this service. Incredible but best of all, I didn't feel a thing when she took the blood. Well done Swift, brilliant. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Oh and if there are any doubters, they are fully qualified nurses so rest assured, it'll be dealt with properly.
