Delivery came much slower than I expected. Would not have ordered if I knew it would take so long. Poor communication in tracking also.

The delivery driver was an hour late. Didn’t pick up his phone when I tried numerous times to call and arrived in a completely different car !

Terrible experience
Terrible experience they didn't keep to the times, were not very helpful when I called them, would not give me the managers name.
They used to be great, in the past shame they are not reliable anymore.

I had a very positive experience with Swiftee. My call was answered professionally, and the service was excellent from the start. The courier was punctual, polite, and handled the delivery with great care. Communication was clear throughout, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

Brilliant service
A brilliant, reliable, friendly and incredibly quick service. I am so happy and relieved to have found Swiftee. I lost my keys and needed to get my spare set from the other side of London and they did this in 1 hour. I’ll be using Swiftee again for sure!
