Your delivery driver was very polite and gentle with the order. Unfortunately your your customer support team via was rude and dismissive, didn’t really want to check information that I was requesting was disappointing .

AMAZING GREAT SERVICE
I was SO SO impressed with Swiftee. From start to finish, their service was amazing helping us delivery gift boxes to offices in our local area. They were so accommodating and helped solved any issues that came our way. I would not hesitate to use this guys again.

- Hi Malka, we'd love to look into this in more detail, we've requested information from you but it seems you haven't provided. We also cannot locate any deliveries with the name attached. At times it is possible the a courier has a drop along the route, but this should not prolong your delivery. If you share your details with us we can investigate this further and provide you with a desirable resolution.

Delivery came much slower than I expected. Would not have ordered if I knew it would take so long. Poor communication in tracking also.

The delivery driver was an hour late. Didn’t pick up his phone when I tried numerous times to call and arrived in a completely different car !

Terrible experience
Terrible experience they didn't keep to the times, were not very helpful when I called them, would not give me the managers name.
They used to be great, in the past shame they are not reliable anymore.

I had a very positive experience with Swiftee. My call was answered professionally, and the service was excellent from the start. The courier was punctual, polite, and handled the delivery with great care. Communication was clear throughout, and everything arrived exactly as expected.
