Professional, timely & kind.
After being left hanging by another company, Jeff took over and made the process seamless, he was out the next day & nothing was too much of an issue for him, also very reasonably priced. Overall a fantastic customer service experience.

Great service
I always get a message when you will do the pool. You come in as scheduled and always do a good job. As this is an investment property i am never there when you do the monthly maintenance. This is feedback based on my discussions with the tenant.

I find Swimart Mosman to be unfailingly…
I find Swimart Mosman to be unfailingly helpful and knowledgable. Both John in the shop and James on house calls are excellent in all respects. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and in fact did so to a neighbour just this week!

Nothing but positive things to say about the Swimart Team. When I've had problems, they've been addressed immediately to my satisfaction, and even though I was willing to pay for their assistance, Jordan refused to take payment. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This morning I visited my regular store…
This morning I visited my regular store in frenchs Forest .
I hadn’t been there since February this year.
Bonnie seemed to know what her job was and was very helpful and explained everything to me.
On the other hand the gentlemen working with her wasn’t as efficient.
I don’t want to put him out of a job or anything like that but he said to me....I’ll have to ask Bonnie before I explain what you may need.
He just seemed a bit confused.
Anyhow I did ask after Brandon and do miss those friendly faces .
