I made purchase and the shorts were too…
I made purchase and the shorts were too small (sizing a isn’t accurate) but returned the same day and recieved a refund promptly

A fine example of a company who over delivers on customer service - and I have not even purchased anything from them yet! As a result of their excellent service I will now never go anywhere else. I foolishly returned some trunks to Swimsport that my son had purchased for a different website. Matt contacted me to explain this and then went out of his way to figure how we could get them to the correct retailer, he has done so and I am not out of pocket. As a small business ourselves I understand how clients like me can consume too much time for very little gain. This is an example of how it pays off in the end - I will now be a loyal customer of Swimsport!
