Update: after a couple of months Swished got in contact with me and offered to send a free tent due to all the issues that occurred. The tent is very good quality and shipping was quick once they said they would send the free one. It’s a shame they had so many issues around Xmas and the company was being steered in the wrong direction because the product is a great quality product. Glad to see they must have someone else making the decisions now and are fixing up their act.

Original review: Sent a hammer and dust pan and broom claimed it was our $268 tent and mat. Had to take to fair trading, the bank and shopify. Requested several refunds when the product was never sent. A nightmare. Please don’t believe the sudden set of good reviews. I was also deleted and blocked immediately off social media when giving a bad review. Finally after several days of claiming for a refund I was given one after the bank intervened.

I have to say I am really impressed with the service and a big shout out to Willen who assisted us when there was a delivery issue, fast communications and going over and beyond to help us solve the problem. We received our tent and used it for the first time yesterday and it is amazing, so easy to set up, easy to pack up and store and with the carry bag so easy to drag to the beach/park with ease. I totally recommend this product a must for our Australian summer ! Five stars from me !!

After having a Minot hiccup with my tent ,swished have gone above and beyond to ensure they held up to stand with quality and communication.....now for the tent 10 out of 10 highly recommend super easy to put up n down light weight but durable

I highly recommended Swished tent aside from their outstanding brand, they have an exceptional and a great customer service. As a result of the busy period due to Christmas season, the delivery driver did not successfully handed out the product to me though it was indicated as delivered. I contacted swished support through email and they were continuously communicating to me and resolved my issues, they offered me a replacement and this is really a sign of a good gesture and I deeply appreciated it. Thank you Swished for resolving my issue quickly and efficiently. I will continue recommending you to my friends and family.

We bought this tent with our young daughters in mind. One of our daughters has a visual impairment and light (sun in particular) can’t be filter and so she finds it very uncomfortable to be outside. This tent has allowed us ALL to be outside together, still have fresh air flow through and be protected by the sun. It is so easy to put up and pack away, and with 2 children under 3yrs after a day in the sun, it makes the pack up process easier/calmer for everyone. Great for families at beaches and parks and even taken to friends houses for bbqs as a shaded area to play for our girls.
Ordering process was easy and efficient. Highly recommend this product.

We bought the tent recently for our holiday. I must say, I was impressed by the straightforward set-up. The best part is I don’t need another person to hold down a million things for me while setting or packing away the tent. It’s good quality and lightweight. The carrying strap is also of good quality, which means there are no rip-offs while putting the tent back in.
I am pleased with the purchase and will recommend it to young children.

Please help stop Swished ripping people off. Weighted teddy bear was sent instead of the $400 tent setup we purchased. Ridiculous and fraudulent!!!! Not sure why they haven’t been investigated by trading standards.

As for the response by Swished, that is such a cop out. I’m not the only one to receive a weighted teddy, unless someone in your distribution team is doing it on purpose all I can say is you must be aware, you must be trying to fulfill your orders fraudulently and you have been caught out. Over Christmas time too, nearly $400 sat with you and nothing to show for it. We should have had 3 packages as well and there was only 1 weighted teddy bear so you can honestly cut the rubbish.

Removed my review on Facebook and blocked me.
Sent a small weighted package that I refused at the post office. No tent or beach mat in sight and refusing to refund me until they receive their package back. Absolute disgrace of a company.

UPDATE: Not a scam, I received my tent and the tent is awesome, its so quick and easy to to set up and pack up and the inside is deceptively huge. The tent feels really well made and it's honestly a great product. Whilst customer service were originally awful to deal with, swished seemed to have learnt from this and are doing a better job now. The tent itself is 5 stars.

Haven't recieved my item, ordered on 30th of November. Feels like a scam at this point. Would not recommend buying at this stage it seems like only 50% of people end up receiving a product

Ordered swish tent on Black Friday sale 18th November 23 still haven’t received the product. Initial follow up was told there’s a 6-12 day delay. Asked for a refund said they couldn’t do it as it was in the process of “dispatch”. Have followed up since with countless emails and still no product and no responses. No phone line to call. Beware, do not purchase.

The company advertised the delivery time would be 4-8 days, it took 23 days to arrive. Missed Christmas. Poor company to deal with. When I left an honest message on their face book page they blocked me. So honest reviews are removed to reflect high ratings. Would not recommend them, low morals and ethics.

Ordered 2 x tents on 21st November as Christmas presents total cost $418. Have been emailing almost daily. Wasn't until I said I was going to the Office of Fair Trading that I received an email almost immediately advising I would be contacted 2-3 business days. I keep emailing daily with mo response. DO NOT deal with this dreadful company. Customer service is non existent. I have had to purchase replacement Christmas presents that I can't afford.There are no contact details on the ASIC website either.

Ordered mine 13th Nov, still nothing, no real updates, made an enquiry with Auspost and even they had the courtesy to call me about trying to find my delivery, all they had was a label made up but haven't received any tent from Swished to actually deliver. DO NOT BUY, I will be making a formal complaint.

Ordered mid November, says it was delivered 5 Dec, wasn’t and then had the cheek to send me surveys to ask me to score their product - good grief answer your emails or refund- extremely annoyed - oh and thanks for wrecking christmas

Please don't order from this company. You will be scammed and we are going to contact Consumer Protection.

My husband and I are in the same boat as every other 1 star reviewer on this page.
We ordered x1 tent and x1 set of beach pegs on 27/11/12. We received an email on the same day informing us of a dispatch delay of 6-12 business days. That time has passed and we have not heard from the company at all.
I sent an email to Swished after I noticed other customers trying to follow up on their purchase on Swished social media platforms. I even replied to one of the customers on Instagram to let that person know we haven't heard from Swished either. That conversation was deleted by the Swished team. I managed to take screenshots before they did this, which I included in the email I sent to Swished - that email has been ignored. Swished has someone working overtime deleting negative comments to maintain a positive appearance on social media. I genuinely hope people come here to see all of these reviews to be warned about Swished.

Disappointing experience. Swished, if you're seeing this, please respond to our email as we will be lodging a formal complain about your company.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Automated responses. Consider we reside in same state you would think delivery would be fairly quick. After sending another email, received email advising it’s shipped and estimated delivery is 27th December!!! So much for Xmas gift!! Think you order something in your own state in November you’d get it b4 Xmas!!!

Ordered online through their website. After waiting two weeks with no updates, through the online order tracker, I emailed to see what was happening. They take forever to respond, no phone contact, finally get an email to tell me the design I ordered is out of stock. As we were wanting the shelter for our upcoming 2 weeks holiday, I agreed to an alternative design, expecting that it was in stock and ready to go out for delivery.
Well how silly I am, still another fortnight later over 1 month since my original order and still nothing is out for delivery. We leave for our holiday tomorrow, so useless to us now. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Their website still lists the shelters as in stock and are even running more promotional sales, yet can't even deliver on items already ordered.
I think it is an on demand service, ordering direct from China, no local stock, so be prepared to wait....and wait....and then some more waiting. Poor way to run a business.
In contrast I ordered several other things online from other stores, and they all managed to deliver within the week. No excuse Swished, poor form.

Waited 4 weeks for my order of a tent, have been watching it not move on the Auspost app for weeks. I finally received it and its a weighted bear. No idea were this bear has come from but it matched the tracking number I was given from the company. I have emailed and no response yet. feeling very frustrated and ripped off

Really poor communication by the company.
I ordered a tent early Nov and still nothing. Unbeknown to me, my partner ordered one two weeks prior and that hasn't arrived either.

All they say is its on its way.............so is Xmas, death and taxes

Still waiting for an update on my order placed 11 days ago and a reply from customer support.
