Now let me say before this, I hope Swished is still looking at these reviews and will give us some sort of explanation.

Here is a new one!
We ordered one of the swished tents on November the 14th, now 3rd December.
After a couple of weeks my partner emailed to follow up. The response was fair at this time, they are busy and trying to get orders out. A few days later we got a tracking number. As I can see from other reviews this happens a bit and the item still took until today to be delivered.

Here's where it gets both odd and totally unacceptable. We finally have a delivery matching the tracking number and what do we find, a reasonably small package that holds nothing but a medium sized weighted teddy bear from a completly different company.

We have not ordered a bear from anywhere in the last six months and the tracking number matches the one we were given by swished. Where is the beach tent we ordered??

If we don't hear back soon with what has happened to our tent we will be forced to report the site and look at reporting them to the relevant authorities.

Swished if you see this and are willing to reply, please don't just give a generic response to me or via my partners email. We need this tent for our Trip on the 22nd December.

Placed order and not sent!! Been nearly two weeks and it’s like drawing blood from a stone to get any response from them! When they finally replied they said it’s Australia posts fault🙄 which is hard to believe since I’ve place orders elsewhere and received. It seems to be there go to excuse after reading other reviews. They sent a generic message saying it’ll be shipped 3-6days but that time too has now passed. Very poor management for a business. I would recommend you don’t purchase from this company if h actually want to receive the product. I see below others have been waiting 6+weeks.
Save your money and shop at a legitimate business that values customers and actually ships purchases.

Similar to the review below, they created a postage label on 5th November and then it sat in their warehouse until 22nd November (I'll let you do the maths on that).

My wife is an ecommerce logistics manager so she told me this is a super common tactic when companies are busy.

If they'd been honest after I specifically asked them if it had left the warehouse, I wouldn't be writing this review here, but they chose to lie and say it was Australia Post's fault.

Let this be a lesson to any potential customers and to Swished (probably not)!

Definitely false advertising, created a postage label as though the item would ship next business day. Didn’t see any movement for over two weeks, that was after I had to follow up with customer service - customer service is also pathetic. So here I am now 4 weeks later and still waiting for the item. Buy another product and support a better company! Won’t be recommending.

I did receive my goods no longer a scam

Hasn't arrived and sent a fake tracking number saying it has t been processed a complete scam very clever swished and I'm pissed you got me ....update retract I just got my delivery from really thinking it was a scam to it actually coming took a very long time sorry swished

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no evidence item has been sent.

Don't waste your time its a scam.

Ordered 1/11/23, initially told my product was out of stock and offered a substitute.

A week later received a tracking number but no movement. After checking I could see that the item hadn’t been scanned by AusPost so therefore it hadn’t been dispatched.

This is a common trick used by e-commerce websites. They create a postage label so it shows in the AusPost system but never send the product.

So swished:

- is either a scam and the positive reviews are fake.

- drop shipping from China and not the Sydney warehouse as stated.

- selling products that are out of stock whilst misleading customers about their purchase.

I now keep getting emails like this

“I checked your tracking information for #XXXXXXX, and there don't seem to be any scanning updates by Auspost”

There won’t be any scanning updates because they haven’t sent the product.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered 30th of October, No tracking movement. Requested update from Australia post, they said item not found and to contact seller. They ain't replying to me after many emails. Now reading below I think I've been scammed as heaps of people seem to have the same issue 😭😭😭😭😭 Buyer Beware!

After reading so many positive reviews on social media/all over internet and seeing how easy the setup is i need a new sun cover for the family, i took the plunge and made a purchase on 23 Oct 2023. Received email of order being shipped with tracking number the next day or 2.. so far sounds promising right?

This is where i began to regret my decision. The tracking borderless360 website, what is the purpose of this with the pending loading screen not moving? 1 week gone, 2 weeks gone and still no update on Australia Post website other than shipping information approved. Keep in mind it has now been over 8 business days stated on their website for standard delivery. I made contact with Swished support and was advise they will contact AP to make an enquiry and will update me when they receive word back. Anyways i made contact with AP myself during this time who stated the physical item is not actually in their hands other than the company had purchased an approved label. It took me under 10mins to receive a response from AP and 2 days for Swished to update me.

It is 12 business days now stated on their website that i reached out again stated no progress since 23rd October and would like a refund or replacement. A replacement order was put in and received new tracking details on 9th Nov. Other than AP approved label i feel like this is happening all over again? Website clearly states shipping from SYDNEY warehouse! I can tell you it's not as a friend whose in same dilemma received first point item processed Melbourne and still she hasn't received hers! My hopes are slowly fading and my finger itch to just file dispute but i will keep waiting for another week in hopes i receive 1 of them.

Why tell consumers items are in Australia, shipping directly from SYDNEY Warehouse with a delivery chart that's not remotely close to when we will receive it? Be honest if it's coming directly from overseas.

Just a caution to all that this company may infact be a drop shipper so i'd add 1 2 months to the standard ETA or you may never see it at all.

Super easy to set up and very sturdy! We took it to the beach on a very windy day and it held beautifully. Very happy with our purchase

Express post, week went by, didn’t receive it, got refunded the express post and was told it was on its way, tracking number sent again,
Australian post still hadn’t received it, contacted again, asked where it was, got the same tracking number and the due date was delayed again, this has happened 3 times now, with the delivery date delayed again,
Auspost hasn’t received it, asked for a refund and was refused, saying it was on it way,

Have a look at their social media pages, they delete comments from people asking where theirs is,

My honest review is do not purchase from them, everything so far is making it out to be a scam

Ordered the Mates Bundle with the sand tote bag. Team got in contact to inform that the sand tote bag was out of stock and confirm that the black option was suitable. Unfortunately, they were unable to advise when the sand tote was going to be re-stocked so I agreed but in hindsight wouldn't get the black bag again as it doesn't really suit going to the beach (black bag + sunny beach is not a great combination). Probably the only downside to the experience, additional colours in the tote bag would be an improvement. Otherwise, the orange tent is amazingly easy to setup and is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. The additional sunshade is handy and the tent pegs that are included are ok but would recommend getting some proper ones if it's particularly windy. Overall, great experience with customer service and product supplied.

Wow hard to believe a product that is exactly as advertised. So so easy and quick to set up and dismantle just as advertised !! Purchased for our dogs to keep them
Secure while caravaning and it is a godsend. For caravanera worried about extra weight it is as light as a feather and takes literally seconds to erect. MY get another for the grad kids too!!

Have been thinking about this product for a year as I wanted something else to set up by myself as I have 3 kids .. so beach time can be hectic!

Arrived quickly and it is honestly so easy to set up! It's abit fumbly to pack away but I think that's user error!

One thing I will say for an improvement or option for another type would be a floor where the sand goes through. My kids are a pain and like to kick sand inside the shelter so I was having to tip it over to shake the sand out (which is easy enough to do) before packing away each time.

We just spent a week away camping and I had a few people come up and ask about it along with my husband's sisters asking an it it! They all loved it too!

Buy it, you won't regret it! I'm looking forward to this summer with the kids at the beach now!

Unable to give a review as this is a Christmas present but the service was excellent so when it is used will give another review

Ordered 2 tents in the UK 5 days ago in time for the summery weekend but royal mail reference number provided is not active. So cant comment on a tent as yet just on a disappointing shipping experience. Contacted customer services just to receive radio silence back:(

Best money spent ever on tent!! We so wanted smthing quick m easy to setup with young kids- this was perfect.

It’s exactly as easy as shown in videos to setup n even to pack up.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants quick and easy setup for kids.

We took advantage of the winter sale so haven't yet had a chance to take it out to the beach but we've decided to test it in the backyard while the sun is out.

The kids love it and love how spacious it is. It's also very handy to keep our dog out while we eat our lunch.

Setting up was so easy and I love how the sun shade is secured in place with clips attached to the tent. Best purchase we have made to help improve our outdoor time with the kids
