Weeks after the transaction was concluded and the parcel delivered I got a request of payment of "custom duties". Not indicated in advance.
At the end of the story the cost of the fondue was
a real exageration.

Very helpful customer service
After hiccup with delivery provider and paperwork and unable to initially contact company, parcel arrived safely and within time period company stated. Extremely helpful staff member when query raised as to delivery when contact was made. Items ordered where perfect.

Great chips and great service!
First of all, the Rosemary Chips are amazing! I got them sooner than I thought I would! The chips were fresh and in great condition, not all broken up in small pieces! I will purchase again!

I found the same bars somewhere else, cheaper and way less shipping costs

Regarding your concern about delivery timing, I would like to explain that the delivery estimates provided on our site are indeed, estimates. Due to variables beyond our control, such as shipping services or customs practices in the destination country, sometimes packages may arrive later than expected. We understand how frustrating this can be and assure you that we do our best to ship all our orders as quickly as possible.
Relative to the cost of shipping, we have commercial contracts and charge the customer the lower cost than normal. We understand that it may seem high for smaller orders. This is due to the actual costs we incur to ensure that your products arrive in a safe and timely manner. The option to purchase larger quantities is always available to help spread the shipping costs over multiple items.

Hi Maria, a tracking number has been provided and you can see that the postal service has tried to deliver it several times leaving notices as well.
Our support was available but was never contacted.
