We had an issue regards the charges which Dean has sorted out for us. He kept me informed at all times as to the progress of our issue and was professional and helpful at all times.

Professional not pushy
I dealt with Ashley who was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He wasn't the pushy salesman, but rather the one that had confidence in the quality and ultimately the price of the product on offer. I did shop around and got lots of prices from elsewhere, and signed the best deal I could get with the salesman who impressed me the most.

5 star service at Switch365
This is the fourth time I have used Switch365 and it's predecessors to switch our church gas and electricity supplies since 2016. I find them very helpful and fully professional helping us save money by knowing the current and future trends in the energy market. Thankyou for another switch starting 1st April 2025

Very rude markting call
Had a marketing phone call from John and when I politely said we already had a broker and would not be interested at the moment, he made a very rude remark and hung up. Not at all professional or a company I would choose to speak to again.

Stephen has been very helpful with our transition into a new premises with a half-hourly metre on band 4. With our low usage we would be massively overpaying on standing charges, but Stephen's knowledge and expertise on the matter has helped us find the perfect deal, thanks again for all your help.

Excellent Service!!!!
I first dealt with Energi Save and although the company have undergone a rebrand to Switch365, the customer service is still excellent. My electricity contracts aren't due for renewal until next year, but Ashley Burridge found a superb saving which he duly notified me of and we've managed to make a fantastic saving from next year's renewal. A great customer experience and I have no concerns about recommending this company.

Complete harresment from this companies reps Sales rep constantly lying. Said I was in a contract with them which I wasn't pressed and tried to lie through his teeth to get me to sign up with them asked early December to take me off there records would not take no for an answer. Calls me today Jan 8th to say am I ready to sign up with them and I'd asked for them to call me back i didn't!! The guy then swears then hangs up in frustration that his manipulation and lies didn't work with me. Reported to trading standards and watch dog and shared to my 50000+ followers social media account

It appears in our system that the contract we had with you was for 36 months, not the 24 months it actually was. I have never seen this before and we will investigate it thoroughly. Additionally, I am sorry for the persistence of our sales team despite your request to be removed from our records. Pressuring anyone is never our intention, and we deeply regret that your experience suggested otherwise.
Regarding the call on January 8th, I am particularly concerned about how it was conducted. While I did not hear our representative use unprofessional language on the call, it is evident that the interaction was not handled with the level of care and respect you deserve. A simple apology from our representative should have been the response. I assure you that we will thoroughly investigate this matter to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
We take your feedback very seriously, and it is disheartening to learn that your experience has led you to report this matter and share it with your followers. We understand the impact of such actions and truly regret any negative impression this has caused.
