Great service - would recommend
I have dealt with Stephen for over a year now and I won't go anywhere else to arrange the utility contracts for the business. Great service and best deals, Stephen is always on hand to help me out - would definitely recommend.

Stephen was Patient and Helpful
Internally we were unsure about when to fix our tariff with the market being volatile over the passed 12 months, but Stephen Cross provided new quotes for us to review regularly.
Unlike other brokers EnergiSave are not pushy and hounding you insisting on a call to go through pointless information.
Easy to arrange a swap and got a decent deal

Making choices easier
Negotiating new contracts is always a difficult time but Jake was friendly, patient and helpful. I feel confident that he has found me the best contracts that are available to me at this time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Renewal
Just signed up for a fixed contract again. Had other companies give me quotes but having spoken with Ashley Burridge a few times I decided to stay with this company. Ashley Burridge is a credit to this company, he was a lovely man and any questions I did have he answered truthfully. Just hope he gets a good few drinks off the boss 😜

Brilliant!
Finally, an energy company that doesn't mess you around and they do the best they can to save you money. We've been dealing with Jake Myres who has been brilliant - he takes care of the contracts and dealing with the paperwork while we switch to the cheapest providers. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would recommend Jake Myers for his efficiency in setting up our new contract for the best price in the current climate. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and patiently talked me through options over a period of weeks. Setting up new contracts was hassle free with Jake dealing with all aspects of the change from existing supplier.

Jake took the time to understand our needs and constraints...he came up with a list of potential suppliers and patiently led us through them to allow us to fully understand what we would be getting. We thought we may have issues over Smart meter fitting in our [leased] premises which he was able to overcome with alternatives if we had a refusal. Thankfully all was OK and we went ahead. The whole process was unrushed but efficient with Jake being supportive all the way through.
