Easy process of switching energy
I've used Switch Together on several occasions now and each time the process of switching energy supplier has been straight forward. I'd recommend the service as it got me an improved deal.

Bad customer service
British Gas customer service is atrocious. I have contacted them by chat bot, person chat, phoned and email over several days and not one robot/person could sort out a simple DDM query

An energy deal to beat the rest
I asked for an energy deal to beat the current offerings provided by comparison sites. The request was met. Therefore, I took the offer and switched. The switching process was quick. All contractual dealings with my previous supplier were switched by Switch Together for me.

Easy, money saving switch
The energy switch was excellent, straightforward and saved me money, I highly recommend using the service.
I was asked to review my solar switch but I didn't get to be part of it, so this review is updated to the energy switch, which, again was superb.

Flawless and efficient
Once I accepted the offer, the system was efficient and flawless. It only took 4 days form accepting to completion, including setting up a new direct debit. Therefore I give it top marks.
