The product seems solid after the first time of usage. I was able to hear the sound after a few trials from both the forehand and backhand. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their swing or is not quite sure of their current technique. Order shipment was delayed though.

This is my favorite tennis tool. I love the sound of the ball hitting the sweet spot, and the Swng mimics that. Doing shadow swings with it made me realize I wasn't using my energy efficiently. When I got on the court and played after using it, I felt and saw a noticeable difference in my ball, and so did my opponent(s)

Fixed my strokes painlessly. I now have a modern forehand.

Although the delivery took a while, it is a really useful tool for stroke correction and has been integrated into my son's private lessons.

It’s so easy and fun to use! Perfect for training at home when you don’t have a hitting partner or a court. Honestly it gets addictive haha

Ordered the SwngPro on July 16, 2026 ($79, plus $4.99 "shipping protection"). The unit never worked — the resistance/snap mechanism does not engage at all, completely unresponsive no matter how you swing it.

When I contacted the company, they refused a refund because their "guarantee" only covers 30 days from delivery. A product that is defective from day one is not a satisfaction issue. I had to dispute the charge with my bank instead. Do not buy.

It arrived on time, me and my son love it, It is so easy to use, we practice about 15 to 20 minutes a day and are already seeing results

Really easy to use daily when not on the court. A good tool to use in warmup, and has really made a difference for my hitting partner. He wasn’t accelerating through the hitting zone and the SWNG gave him the feedback he needed for more consistent shoots.

Very effective to understand accelerating through my swing and the importance of a long looping swing path.

Exactly same experience as others. They send you a cheap chinese alibaba thing. It didnt work out of the box. No app. They use persuasive sales tactics to get you not to return it then if you want to return it you have to pay full shipping to Argentina ~$50+. This company just resells Chinese goods as if they invented them.

The sticking does not work. I emailed and informed of issue and was told to make a video and send it. I did as asked and they kept me waiting. After over a month of waiting I asked and they ghosted me. Their support email to ask for refund bounced back as it’s not even a legitimate email address. I was talking to person named Olivia from swing lab hello email. This does not let me put these emails here.

This company is a total rip off! Do not buy this product! I ordered it and it came already broken! If that was not enough, this defective training aid had been obviously been sent out to another innocent customer, been returned and sent out again! I know this because it has been crudely repackaged, with No receipt, No instructions and No paperwork of any kind! STAY AWAY!

Frist this a notch off of what is advertised. It came in a plastic bag not in the box as shown in the YouTube video, it had no instructions. And doesn't work. I also wish I could rate it a ZERO.

there is a supposed "money back guarantee". My Swng did not work. I reached out to Customer Service who asked for a video of the product not working. Sent video. Their response: "Thank you for sending the video.
Unfortunately, we are unable to access or view the file.
Could you please upload the video to Google Drive and send us the link? Please make sure the sharing permissions are enabled so we can access and review it.
Once we are able to view the video, we will forward it to our logistics team and continue assisting you with the next steps."
I declined and called it all a scam.

So sorry I didn't read reviews either, packaging was horrible and my device did not work. I emailed multiple times. It didn't even come with directions. They wanted me to send a video of me using the unit - I told them no thank you and sent back. The only thing you may develop by getting this unit is maybe. patience because it takes a great deal of patience to get to the customer service. Also, the customer service was polite but not effective. I would not recommend getting this device. Find another brand the concept is good.

I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order. They are total scam!! As others have said, it arrived as “swing trainer” instead of “swing” and wrapped in a plastic bag with ugly duck tape all over. Moreover, it didn’t work! So I contacted the customer service and they said I should try this and that and asked me to send videos of me trying, which I did. I firmly said I wanted a full refund and they said I am responsible for the shipping even for the defective item. I said there is no such clause on their website or whatsoever, and they simply said it is my responsibility! I am so pissed now. What a terrible mistake I made!

The package I received was poorly wrapped and the box looked used. The product didn't work at all. I contacted the vendor for the 30-day guaranteed refund, and they resent the link to the instructions. I contacted them again and they haven't responded.

If I can give 0 stars (or negative stars), I would. What is on swnglab.com is not what you get. Be prepared that the fancy gift box and SwngPro will be knock offs. They offer a Money Back Gaurantee, No Questions Asked on their website, but when I mentioned that the gift box was damaged (was supposed to be a gift and the package was literally just wrapped in a packaging bag tightly around the box) and I seemed to have been sent an off brand "swing trainer" instead of one with the SWNG logo, the customer rep said that was the correct item. When I requested a refund, crickets. It's been over 24 hours since I heard from them (versus hearing back between 5-7 hours of sending my emails). Unlike the other reviewer, I was not offered any money back yet.
