Absolutely GORGEOUS flowery collar. Makes my dog look so pretty.
Bought my dog an absolutely beautiful flowery collar from Swoof in April 2025.
HUGE choice, managed to get one with orangey tones with a very pretty fancy looking rose gold buckle, that honestly transforms my dog, Ruby!
Who knew what a difference a collar could make!
(Getting lots of compliments, asking where I got it from)
Took about a week/10 days to arrive, but was totally worth it, (£27 plus delivery seemed a little expensive but it really is worth every penny. Gorgeous❤️)

I ordered a Pet Cave from the Swoof website, payment taken from my account over two weeks ago but no email acknowledgement and no sign of the product. I have emailed the company but no response. Very disappointing.

It was a bit of a long time between payment and dispatch, however the toy was beautifully packaged and is of a really very high quality. I’ve never seen one like it and my lil pup adores her new snuffle toy, so thank you very much!
It’s the first toy she hasn’t tried to immediately destroy and I’m thinking it’s because it’s so crinkly that she just loves carrying it around for the sound of it.

All their toys are good for your fur babies!
My pup absolutely loves oat Monti enrichment toy and gets excited every time I bring it out, and their lambwolf is much cheaper than the other stores I checked out, which is a big win! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something your dog will actually be excited about!

Sightly missing a part
Very lovely design of the lead but I would suggest the sealed ends of the rope have little metal caps put on them to give a more polished look.

I will definitely pass your feedback onto Furlou regarding the design of their leads however, they do aim for these leads to be very lightweight which is why they try to limit the hardware. If you want a more polished lead including the metal hardware, then do take a look at The Foggy Dog leads that we offer. These are slightly heavier but might be just what you're looking for. Hi Kelsy. I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your experience. As I explained in our email conversation, we unfortunately made a mistake in our stocktake which affected your order and we were unable to fulfil this. We very rarely have issues such as these but as I work alone it is possible for me to make occasional mistakes when counting stock and unfortunately this mistake affected your order. We have now cancelled this and refunded you in full as discussed but I understand you're still very unhappy with the experience which I do massively apologise for.
We do have very, very rare occasions where orders need to be delayed slightly or cancelled due to us being out of stock and our customers have always been so understanding of this which we're so grateful for. Hopefully potential customers can gauge from our other 100+ reviews that we always go above and beyond for our customers. We're really disappointed to have been given our first ever 1* review but will continue to do what we do best and do everything we can to provide you with the best experience possible. Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I ordered play objects to gift to my puppy for her 1st birthday, but I missed the approximate delivery times which would have been too late. I emailed and the very kind lady called Lauren dispatched them for me the next day and they are here ready for big day tomorrow! The quality is great too, I’m sure my puppy will love them!
