I love this bike I use it to get to work and back I travel 3 miles a day on this bike without pedalling the only time I do pedal is on hills but I fine it so easy to do for the price it is a fantastic bike and I would definitely buy again

Incredible service it was nearly next day…
Incredible service it was nearly next day delivery it was so quick had a fault with the bike when it arrived but they soon resolved it by buying the parts for me and sending them out as quickly as they could can thought them enough was sceptical at first but amazing service just come back from Belgium after biking there from the UK on my electric bike and can say it’s amazing really recommend

Fantastic customer service
Ordered a Fiido L3 from sxcscooters but unfortunately it was out of stock, this was no fault of the companies at all as Fiido themselves had stopped production due to raw parts issues. Pascual who dealt with the situation was absolutely fantastic keeping me updated every step of the way and the customer service was some of the best I’ve received. Unfortunately had to cancel the order as I found one local to me to buy but I honestly wouldn’t hesitate using this company again or recommending them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help
