I chose Scoot City because I had read some good reviews online as I searched for an answer to my problem. They are local to where I live, and were able to book me in promptly. I was very impressed by the service. I received detailed communications about the issue with my scooter and a clear outline regarding the work needed, and the cost. The problem was solved quickly, efficiently and courteously. The cost was also very reasonable, and customer service overall was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone to use Scoot City.

The display works
The display works, but it’s definitely not new. It has many scratches and looks like it’s been used for a long time before being sent to me. I expected a brand-new item, not one that seems second-hand.

Dishonest and untrustworthy business…
Dishonest and untrustworthy business owner.
I paid for a repair for my kid's escooter. When I tried the scooter at home it had a separate fault. I messaged the owner but he implied that I was lying.
No respect for his customers and a man with no integrity.
He then proceeded to cut off any further calls and ignored my messages. I have read other reviews about this appalling customer service and I can understand why.

A week later, we received a message from you reporting a separate issue, which implied that our initial repair was inadequate. This assertion is unfounded, and we regard this as an attempt to secure complimentary service. Any accidental damage incurred during use is the customer’s responsibility and does not warrant a free follow-up repair.
We are committed to delivering exceptional service, as reflected by the satisfaction of the majority of our customers. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse repair requests if we suspect dishonesty.

Great Service
Great service. Pascual got straight back to me and had my scooter fixed and serviced within a day. He was open about pricing and sent me lots of pictures via WhatsApp of the condition and status of the repairs. Highly recommend and would use again.

Exceeded Expectations
Pascual helped me massively throughout my experience with Scoot Citi. Very knowledgable and professional, I was very impressed with the final job and have had no further issues with my scooter since.
