Synergy Car Hire Avis 

All was perfect. Polite, helpful, efficient, courteous and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised, as in this day and age it seems that customer service is no longer held in high regard. It was obvious that the staff I came in contact with, had had training in customer service.

Excellent service both times I have used Synergy, will certainly be using them again. Prices are fabulous with no credit card required, contact is easy and no hidden costs. Can’t recommend enough.

Right from the beginning Nick at Synergy was clear and helpful, cutting through any difficulties in what can be a complex area. It was clear that he was interested in providing us, the customer, with what we wanted, at the price we felt comfortable with, and not in selling us a package that suited the company. We did have a couple of issues to sort out while on holiday - and Nick was there to help in a calm and no-panic manner. I would like to be able to add a suggestion for service improvement, but I'm afraid I can't think of anything! When I say, I would use Synergy again, what I really mean is I will use Synergy again. Thankyou!

I definitely recommend using Syngery Car Hire. I had an urgent problem and could not contact Sixt. Only after I talked to Nick (a very helpful Synergy Car Hire representative) I was able to solve the problem following his prompt and precise instructions. 5 stars from me for Synergy Car Hire and for Nick.

Hello... Our rental was for a car in Belgium for some days... Finally we booked with Nick, a Budget car. Everything was perfect... We did not have a Credit Card. Thanks to Synergy Car Hire we did not cancel our trip, and booked with a Debit Card.

Great initial service, cheap price, simple instructions. Will use Synergy again. Strongly recommend.

Highly recommended. Option to pay by debit or credit card with no hidden extras when picking up the car and cheapest I found online. No deposits when paying by debit card, just a small excess charge.10/10 for customer service, Nick was brilliant. My queries were answered super fast by email and Skype (handy for me outside the UK). The perfect solution for those who only have a debit card, or a low credit card limit. It suited me to split between cards, paid for the car hire in Lanzarote with my debit card (no excess) and a low deposit (€300 & tank of fuel) locked on my credit card until the car was returned.

The service was fantastic. I was really grateful that the company spent so much time organising my car for me in very difficult circumstances. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who was looking for car hire as they take a lot of time and care and provide a bespoke service.

After seeing so many great reviews about Synergy Car Hire I was worried that it would turn out to be too good to be true.
However I am happy to say they lived up to their reviews. From start to finish everything was so easy and relaxed with a high standard of service.
We rented a car through Synergy for our trip to Paris in November using a Debit Card, great price and no hire deposit needed. We did have to pay a deposit of € 132 for the fuel but that was refunded to us within two days of our returning the car with a full tank as per the agreement.
The lads at the hire desk when we arrived were very friendly, the car itself was clean and comfortable.

All in all I have to say it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Synergy Car Hire to anyone.

Best car rental company I have ever used!

Great company. Having no credit card was having trouble finding a company that would hire us a car in Los Angeles. Synergy Car Hire was the only company to return my e-mail. So glad it was Synergy that replied their customer service and price was fantastic. They made sure we knew everything about the hire and what was covered. They kept in contact until our departure making sure there were no changes or problems. When we collected our car at LAX it was so easy and faultless. There was no pressure to take additional insurance were other people were constantly being asked to pay for additional cover as our insurance covered everything. It took us 5 minutes to get out car in arrival and 5 minutes to drop the car off. I have never collected a hire car so quickly whether in Los Angeles or in the UK. Synergy took care of everything. Thank you so much Synergy.
