Synergy Dental Clinics - Macclesfield Avis 88

I have spent many years unhappy with my smile, due to multiple health issues that have lead to teeth extractions, and unsightly teeth. I seen Synergy on instagram and contacted them. The reception staff was amazing and got me an appointment very quickly with Mak. I explained to Mak my sensitivity issues due to health conditions and shared my hopes of being able to have a nice smile. Mak was very honest and spent time putting a plan together. Mak went beyond and above with my treatment plan taken extra time to explain things to me which I really did appreciate. He was straight talking and immediately I felt in good hands. The practice has top of the range scanners and my end result was beyond far better then what I could of ever imagined. Though out the process the staff stayed In touch with designs and I felt 100 percent in the picture and heard. I would highly recommend Mak and the team at Synergy dentist in Macclesfield. The price was very reasonable, and the level of care was outstanding.
I had 9 composite veneers and gum surgery and now have a wonderful smile.

I cancelled my consultation within timeframe. £30 refund still not been processed even tho iv called numerous times no call backs its been 2 month! Absolutely outrageous

From the receptionist, nurses and dentist everyone makes you feel very welcome and are calming if you feel a little nervous. Always explain everything to you before doing anything and really good with both my teenage son and toddler. Always helpful in answering any questions and accommodating if you need to move appointments. Regular reminders about appointments are really useful also!

First time at a dentist in 13years they were very friendly and understanding the dentist were very gentle and explained the process to me

My dentist is Nush and she’s so lovely, makes you feel at ease and comfortable as soon as you sit in the chair. The receptionist, Mariead is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend.

They are really friendly and make you feel at ease. I am a nervous patient due to a bad experience as a child. Everything is explained thoroughly before any work is done. Great 'bedside manner'. All the staff are really friendly and polite. They fit my appointments around my work schedule and do their best to accommodate me. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so professional.

I had my first appointment at Synergy Dental Macclesfield today.
From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted with a friendly smiles and a welcome to the practice.
My dentist was Nush and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable after explaining I was a nervous patient. Nush was friendly and talked in a calming and reassuring manner. I am so happy to have changed my old dentist to Synergy, after years of bad experiences and this making me not want to attend appointments. I now feel happy and comfortable with someone.

Dentist turned up late blaming traffic after I drove best part of 30 miles to get there so little empathy, scruffy and unprofessional appearance on top. In addition, check up overall was practically yes you have teeth. I could look in the mirror for that analysis.

I havnt been able to register with a dentist for years when the opportunity arose to join synergy dental I was both anxious and apprehensive… the minute I arrived through the door the receptionist was polite and welcoming … when I met my dentist for the first time I was nervous as my teeth were in poor condition… she listened to me made me feel at ease.. was a lovely lady and made a plan for me going forward…my fear of dentists is no longer thanks to this lady… and she has finally lifted my spirits and given me the hope that I can smile again with confidence… I am truly grateful to be in this practice… friendly welcoming team environment.. professional.. high standard of cleanliness… nothing but praise for team synergy … life changing..

mak was very good with repairing my teeth starting with some extractions then, fillings/bondings and was very professional all the way through the process, all the staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend

Had a slight gap inbetween my 2 upper front teeth and a chip off one of them which really bothered me.
“Mak” carried out composite bonding and I am thrilled with the result.
He is an absolute perfectionist!

Amazing! After scrolling and looking for weeks looking for composite bonding I finally settled with the dentist I felt comfortable with! After contacting them I instantly knew this was the place for me! Staff was very quick at replying and answered any questions I had reassured me on anything I didn’t feel confident about… these guys was really amazing! Reception staff lovely and full of smiles 🥰 My dentist was Mak Dinshar’s he was so welcoming made me feel at ease right away after being so nervous about the whole process he always made sure I was comfortable always asked if I needed breaks or little 5 mins time out and most of all he’s work was 10*+ I had a massive transformation in around 5 hours! Really impressive! This work is a talent alone! Thank you so much Mak 🤩 also the girl working alongside mak was supportive lovely lady! so for anyone in doubt don’t doubt! This is your place to go!
