Used Sytner select in Nottingham to purchase my new car, service from start to finish was A1 and I’m delighted with my vehicle.
Special mention to Knate and Hannah for their fantastic customer service and attention to detail, Knate even came in on his day off to complete the transfer of the car, brilliant all round!

The entire process from booking to collecting afterwards went very smoothly.

I have my bmw in for a service and recalls. All was done well but my invoicing & receipts show discrepancies on the mileage and make/model.

This is an issue for me and I plan to sell my car soon and having these kind of discrepancies will raise eyebrows with potential buyers.

Avoid This Dealer at All Costs – Outright Lies and Broken Promises
Absolutely avoid this dealer. My experience purchasing a Maserati Granturismo from them has been nothing short of a nightmare built on lies. Living four hours away, I had to rely on their assurance, which turned out to be completely untrustworthy.

I was explicitly told the paintwork was perfect, yet there's a large, noticeable chip on the car. Even worse, sales representative Joe agreed the 2-year service would be carried out, but after speaking with their service manager, it's clear they only performed an oil and filter change. The promised full service, which would cost me around £2000 at a main dealer, was simply ignored. To top it all off, the car's service book is missing. This dealer operates with outright dishonesty and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Superb experience from start to finish. We bought a used car but received new car experience. Katie and Nathan at Swindon were friendly, polite and professional.

I rely on the service provided by Synter - Mercedes-Benz Cheltenham where I have been a customer now for 8 years.
During this time I have never been let down or disappointed by the service I have received - on the contrary it has been exemplary.
From one’s initial contact over the telephone to arrange a booking to the time of collecting one’s vehicle after the service has been completed, the personal involved are all customer focused.

People are to quick to report poor service, however rarely have the time to complement First Class Unparalleled Excellence like I have received from the Manging Director Mr Jon Crossley, the Aftersales Manager Mr Anthony Kennedy and the Bodyshop Manager Mr Roy Hartwell. In fact the whole team are just magnificent. They are an absolute credit to the Bentley brand and the Sytner Group there service reflects just how good this branch actually are at there individual roles. Totally brilliant please try them. Horrendous experience following the purchase of a BMW 1 Series from Synter BMW Wolverhampton.

Sold a vehicle with significant safety defects, undisclosed damage and one which was extremely dirty. When I raised the issues they dismissed my concerns and asked me not to reflect my experience in their reviews. They sold the same car without any further checks or improvements and have since dismissed any issues or resolution. Horrendous garage that does not demonstrate the values of BMW Approved Used. Stay clear!

Sytner Select Swindon Service Dept

Purchased a Jaguar XF from them. It failed halloween weekend (still under warranty). Dashboard lit up like a christmas tree.
ABS Failure, Gearbox Failure, all lights on the dash lit up and a few more warnings flashing up to boot.

Limp it back to the garage, 15 minutes later, telling me an under inflated tyre had caused the ABS to have a funny 5 minutes.

3 weeks later, gearbox fails. Unable to select any gear, limp home mode engaged. Get it back to them, left it with them for 3 months. Originally told it needed a new gearbox, then told it was an intermittant fault and finally told they didnt know what was wrong with it and gave it back. They never bothered sending it to the Sytner Jaguar Service centre, but a local garage around the corner.

Will never use them again

Called at Wakefield branch to view a couple of cars. Dilly went out of his way to help us with our search, viewing/test drive etc. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t to my partners liking but details left with him to contact us when other possible alternatives come into stock. A pleasant hassle free experience all round.

Extremely helpful , Mamadou could not have done more and although i ended up not buying he was professional ,personable and i will not hesitate to call in again when my vehicle needs renewing.

Had a recall for the passenger air bag on my E250 coupe so I booked it in at Northampton Riverside Mercedes. Straight afterwards I noticed wind noise coming from the passenger door, like the window wasn't shut properly, it wasn't until later on when I washed the car I noticed that the chrome trim around the door seal had been crimped. Just above the wing mirror, which had obviously occurred whilst removing the airbag. Upon pointing this out , I was told the damage was due to someone ' trying to break in ' ....
I leave you to draw your own conclusions!

We recently bought a car from Synter Northampton, and what a great experience from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and knew theyre cars inside and out. Big big thank you to Ben and Alex for theyre excellent sevice and to all the other staff who were friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend them. It was actually quite a nice experience.

Synter Bristol. There are lots of good car dealers out there, this ISN'T one of them. Bought an F-type Jaguar, after six weeks no log book. Phoned Synter and was told sorry but they sent the log book to the wrong address and I would have to sort it out myself. Might as well have gone to a dodgy car dealer, both have the same couldn't care less attitude. Now I have to battle with DVLC to get a log book. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had!

I was delighted with the professional service I received from Derek Baker and the rest of the team at BMW Sytner Stevenage following my recent purchase of the 340d 3 series tourer. Derek made the whole process as stress free as possible and was always available to answer my questions and concerns and went the extra mile to provide me with the best service possible.
