Was great finding a supplier close to…
Was great finding a supplier close to where I was working.That stocked the pvc fittings i was looking for locally.Otherwise I would have gone to our regular supplier that is based in the north.And would have cost extra for delivery.I was able to collect and pay on same day.

Disgusting customer service from this…
Disgusting customer service from this company. I contacted them for a return they accepted the return sent the return information then contacted me when return was booked saying they had made a mistake and could not take back! They then called me whilst I took the call when in hospital and told them I was due to go down for an operation and did not want to discuss now. The women on the phone just kept saying I need to discuss with you now. I kept saying I am not willing to discuss this now. She even said that if Royal Mail pick up she will send back! Disgusting customer service !

Delivery fast and transaction was easy. The product was of very poor quality and not fit for purpose. The walls were so thin that the slightest bend made the pipe kink. It was pretty much unusable.

Amazing customer service via Whatsapp & on the phone.
Assisted promptly when my parcel was delayed - DPDs fault, and when I was facing some fitment issues the rep on the phone was quick to understand, find a solution and work with me to get it sorted!
Would definitely recommend and will be using as my go-to for future replacement parts.
