The 1 inch ball valves threads are mis…
The 1 inch ball valves threads are mis moulded, had a replacement sent its exactly the same. Not really a usable prroduct.

Thank you for your feedback. We sell hundreds of these ball valves each month without any issues with the threads, so it would be extremely unusual for both valves supplied to have the same moulding fault.
These valves are manufactured with standard BSP threads, so it is more likely that the mating fitting being used is a different thread type or standard and therefore not compatible.
We’re always happy to help identify the correct connection if you send us details or a photo of the fitting you are trying to connect to the valve.

Excellent service
Excellent service, if they haven’t got something in stock they have called to let me know and it has been a very quick turnaround to get my parts which were required. Their communication is brilliant. Have only been using these for a short time but will definitely be our go to for future purchases. Prices are very reasonable on 99% of their products (from what I have required) I have managed to save a fair bit purchasing from T-mex. well done to all involved in making smooth transactions

Had trouble using the website
Had trouble using the website, so not a good start, at least they have a phone number which is a plus point, rang them and was dealt with by a very helpful young lady, the order then arrived next day. Brilliant! Will definitely use them again.
