During our phone conversation, we did our best to clarify sizing, and we even offered to send a replacement at our cost to help resolve the situation. However, as much as we strive to provide great service, we aren’t able to send additional items free of charge for ordering errors beyond our control.

Problem with member of staff.
I was under the impression that I paid for next day delivery. However it appears that rhere is a £10 surcharge for pipe. I did phone sales where I spoke to and a sales rep. On conclusion of the conversation I was asked to hold and then transfered to another employee who I told that a colleague had already clarified the issue. This employee did not seen satisfied that I had concluded my business. I was then spoken too extremely rudely, I have never ever been spoken too with such rudness and arrogance. I had nothing to communicate with this person from the outset. It was so crazy I had to laugh. It does appear that this person is unwell.

Regarding the delivery charge, certain items, such as pipework, do incur additional fees due to their size and handling requirements. We always strive to make these costs clear at checkout, but we understand that it can sometimes be confusing.

It was late in the day.......
It was late in the day, and I had no idea what parts I needed—but they took the time to sort everything out for me. Even though it was past their closing time, they still went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part, arranging first-class next-day delivery with a smile. That kind of service is rare these days. Highly recommend!

The item I received eventually was just…
The item I received eventually was just as described and the complaints department were amazing. Yet again the courier used was appalling DHL will never be as good as the companies they work for refund for late delivery but the lies DHL come up with would be laughable if it wasn't for the problems they cause.when you pay for next day weekend its because that's what the job requires DHL will never ever understand customers requirements and penalties for delays
