Must say. Very disappointing. No more deposit bonus each month and no more place next bet for bonus bets for the last month's. All these crappy mid week fixed bet bonus crap.

Come on tab let's get the older system as an option.I dont use hotels anymore due to the system .
Very confusing for a lot of people trust me .

Needs Zero. Its a scam. Tracks, trainers and jockeys all scratch each others backs to ensure you get nothing. If you do win like me then you have to fight tab to get anything.
Hopefully this site doesn't delete reviews because TAB doesn't like them.
Trustpilot deleted my last review on a scam site, attempted to extort me, then supported the scammers. Lets see if they do it again.

For a big player they missed the point, if they can instantly except your money that should be reciprocal not wait days whilst other platforms payout in hours regardless of weekends and holidays tab this is really something tab needs to get in touch with moving forward 😔

The Biggest CRIMINALS on the planet ALWAYS posting the wrong results on there sports betting tickets then when you throw the away they make you wait 21 days to get a result and pay $5.50 for there f up to get a investigation done i placed a bet on the phillipine basketball for the the 22/03 the half time result was 96 they PAID the results as UNDER 95 most people would throw away there tickets because they check results so glad i did then they make me send in a lost claim ticket form for there f UP. Like i said what they do is THEFT and extortion going to seek legal advice on suing them for theft because this not the first time they have posted the wrong result on a sportsbet SERIOUSLY stay the f away from TAB they rort u with BS

Whatever you do DONT go into the TAB at Fountain Plaza Erina. The owner treats her ex staff disgustingly under pays them and be littles them. Its amazing its still in operation never has clients,becareful when placing bets.

Do not sign up with these guys. Has to be the worse process I have gone through to get an account set up.

I signed up on a Saturday......supplied my id for verification and started betting where I had around $100 in the account. then out of nowhere, they decided to freeze my account and proceed to tell me I now have to go to a tab outlet to verify my id. that was nearly 3 weeks ok. I have called up twice since only for them to tell me there is nothing they can do because the details the outlet sent were incorrect.......... however I can't just resolve the issue directly with them. I have to go to a 3rd party to do it. Once my funds are retrieved, I'm out.

Don't you just love the tab they are down at the moment but they can't pay you what they owe you but u can still put bets on so they can take your money rip of scumbags

1 star because they don’t have 0 as an option, have gone from the best app to the worst, whoever designed this rubbish should be sacked !

Rubbish, I run 3 seperate betting accounts (mine plus 2 group punting clubs), old app let me log into the 3 accounts via the single app.

New app does not allow me to access 2 accounts, keeps reverting to the account I initially logged onto days ago.

Also the previous my bets page showed individual win / lost results in a concise easily readable format that I copied and disbursed to the other punters.

I will now be looking at transferring my 3 accounts to a different provider.

No matter what we say TAB don't respond.. The app is a complete joke and after 30yrs of betting with tab I will no longer be loyal. Especially to an arrogant and useless customer service and a plain and simple Fu*#3d up app..Goodbye tab hope everyone leaves in droves, your silence speaks In volumes. Catch.

Why change the App for something worse, every time I log on the screen goes blank, I have to reload the app each time, shocking

The new app is an absolute waste.
All the information on runners is gone definitely won’t be using them until the app is returned to the old form

Using the new TAB app today on an iPad. When I go to ‘next to go’ it stays there momentarily then reverts to today’s racing. Terribly annoying! There are some good new enhancements however.

TAB bookmakers are simply put a bunch of low life thieves! Worst odds and the imbecile customer care representative most of the time don’t know what they are talking about!honestly there should be a royal commission into TAB’s fraudulent dealings with their loyal customers! The new app is as disgusting as their attitude towards their customers. And then for them to have the Audacity to ask everyday Aussies to use them instead of their foreign competitors, we’ll start treating your customers with respect and transparency, maybe then the customers might return otherwise it won’t be long before this company goes belly up!
