Tried phoning the number on their website just rings nobody is answering and not able to leave a voicemail. High charges and not service whatsoever. High turn over of consultants.

I have had experience of independent financial advisor and Thornton Baines......I have to say that independent advisors do try to scam you....I even made a complaint......even though I was really reluctant after my experience with independent advisors.
Thankfully William Knight at Thonrton Baines provided great service and advise. He was also friendly and knowledgable, and offered services by asking me the right questions about my life and provided scenarios of situations to help me understand.

After years of having Nationwide handle my investments, I had often been unhappy with their approach and results so I changed to Thornton and Baines about two years ago. Their investment strategy has produced significantly better results.

Needed to withdraw funds to pay for Dad's care home, his advisor Raghav Sharma was very helpful, polite and professional. We had some hold-ups with the investment firm, nothing to do with T&B, but Raghav went the extra mile chasing them up and making sure the funds came through in time.
