I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, Poor Customer Service, No concern for customers satisfaction.

I always wanted to start off my own business, but the main problem for me was the initiation. I didn't know how to do it and how to make my business prosperous. I have serached of millions options to determine which niche is the most profitable nowadays, so I stopped at the opening of my own cafe. I understood that I must have an equipment and furniture. Here I got acquinted with this company which provided me with everything I needed. Their furniture is awsome and very comfortable. They advice you the furniture according to your personal wishes and the whole design idea. This company worths to be noticed I think.

The table set that I've purchased here was firm and durable. The delivery was also kind enough to carry the table set and; arrange it in my house. It arrived quickly too, better than I expected. Thanks a lot.

This was a smooth transaction. The wrought iron table base exceeded my expectations. Thanks to UPS, the shipper, the table came scratched. The packing was done at the factory in such a way that King Kong could not damage it but of course UPS worked hard to do just that. That being said, after assembly I touched up the scratches, put the granite top in place and everything looks fine. My only comment is that there should be brief assembly suggestions as I could see how the not so handy home owners vs business owners might have some issues. Right off the bat, make sure you have two people during assembly!

I dealt with two different sales people and found both of them to be knowledgeable, helpful and extremely accommodating. I had to cancel my order and replace it with a different product. This was done without any stress and the refund was issued probably within several days. I found them by accident through Google and recommend them for their service and knowledge

You are asking me for a review and i still haven't received the base. I would rather get a shipping update than a solicitation gor a review.

I ordered my order by phone. The sales person was very helpful with making sure I picked out the right bases for the tops I was supporting. Hew also made sure what I ordered was in stock and available. The product arrived well packed and easy to assemble. I will be using tablebases.com again

Your service was quick and professional. However the product came without assembly instructions. Also, the top is not stable because it turns (right & left) on the pedestal. A simple notch system in the base and column would stop this rotation.

there were two shipments, and shipped two days apart. everything worked out great. the product was 5 stars

Nice looking product, unfortunately very difficult to assemble. Poorly designed for one or two peolple to asssemble.
