I had forgot to order my table base and ordered it late. When I called in they told me it would take a couple weeks. When I asked if it could be expedited because I forgot, he said he would see to it that my order got to me in time. Not only did it get here in time, it’s beautiful.

Received notice of order placed and…
Received notice of order placed and note that I would receive notice of shipment and a tracking #. Never got shipment notice. Checked several times and web site said " in fulfillment". Got a call from driver while I was not at home--"your shipment is here", I'm at your house". Lucky I was in town.
No notice, no tracking. Second time this has happened. On the website, there is no detail available for a $3,500 order that I needed to reorder. IT dept. needs some work.
