Fabulous idea, fantastic price, absolutely love mine. I was never keen on flossing, always struggled and could never get to my back teeth! This is on another level, brilliant! Super deal with 12 month supply of flossing heads too. Communication has been first class, Stefan has gone above and beyond. He sent a special, personal video too, I felt like I was royalty. Loving my electric flosser. I've always flossed but never regularly but now use this every day as it's so easy to use. Took a bit of getting used to at first as my teeth are really close together but worth persevering with.

Spoke to Stefan today, lovely genuine guy and business. I look forward seeing his product on every supermarket shelf by which time I may still have some teeth thanks to him and his innovative product.

Oh what can I say! Stefan what a fantastic guy & his back story to why he named the device after the surgeon who saved him.
I also suffer stomach problems so a build up of bacteria in your teeth is not healthy.
The device is awesome & Stefan’s passion doesn’t go unnoticed when you receive a personal video emailed.

Now I have a problem my teeth are implants & fixed on in sections stuck together but I get food stuck in the bottom of the teeth so need a different type of device.
Stefan mentioned something is on the horizon so I hope it’s to do with a special device for my problem.

I returned the device & Stefan emailed the address, no problem.
They send them freshly cleaned on to homeless.

I purchased this last week after seeing it advertised.
Super quick delivery, and a lovely personalised note on the envelope.
Stefan is so helpful. I had a few problems initially, and to get a video message reply, is not something you get from other companies! You won't find better customer service anywhere.

I’ll be honest — I was skeptical at first, but the Tahir electric flosser has completely won me over. The sonic vibrations do a remarkable job of dislodging debris and massaging the gumline in a way traditional floss simply can’t replicate. My teeth feel genuinely clean after every use — fresh-from-the-dentist clean.

There’s no mess, no setup fuss, and the battery life has been excellent. If you’ve been avoiding flossing because traditional floss is fiddly and time-consuming (guilty!), this is the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. Highly recommend! Last but not least the customer service is amazing - some multinationals could get training from Stefan!

Received my flosser from Tahir Oral Care a week or so ago. Had a query about a deep interdental pocket I have following a gum infection expecting a standard pre-filmed or written response. However, not only did Stefan respond within hours, he sent me a personalised video response, demonstrating how to clean the said deep pocket.
How great is that in this day and age.

I received my order promptly, but some parts were missing. I'd been informed that they would follow on once back in stock. I'll admit I felt a little cynical about this. I gave it a few weeks then I contacted Tahir to see if the missing floss heads were back in stock. I was amazed to receive a prompt reply to say yes and they were being mailed to me immediately. When I queried if this was the full promoted supply offer I then received a very prompt personal video message. So, I can't fault such excellent customer service and I love the product too.

What a great product - I used to floss previously with another product that was not nearly so easy to use. The Tahir flosser is very intuitive, it only took me a day to get the hang of using it and it is now part of my daily oral hygiene routine.
I contacted the company for some additional floss heads and got an almost immediate response which included a personal video message, you can’t ask for more than that, amazing service. Highly recommended

Stefan has been incredibly supportive and helpful after I purchased the Tahir flossing device. Unfortunately my teeth are very close set so I couldn’t use effectively without breaking the floss.
He sent me a video which did help
And I followed but it but it didn’t stop the breakage so Stefan immediately accepted a return.
Most helpful, great communication, great service and great product, I was disappointed it wasn’t for me.

Great customer service from Stefan. My 12 months supply of floss heads were missing. I emailed 8pm in the evening and had a reply from Stefan by 5.30am the following morning sending a personalised video explaining the demand for the product and that the floss heads would be dispatched the same day.

Firstly, this is an excellent product, really does make flossing easy and efficient. The heads are recyclable, which is certainly an environmental consideration.
Secondly, what customer service! I broke the stem that sits on top of the base that the floss head sits on, pushing too hard, won't do that again! Within hours of messaging Stefan he'd replied with a personal video AND sending me a new stem FOC. This man is evangelical about getting the nation to floss, I just hope he manages to get some R&R inbetween!

Great flosser but unfortunately it didn’t work too well with my teeth. My teeth the problem not the Tahir Flosser. Stefan the owner is an absolute gentleman. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Firstly the electric flosser is a game changer. Within a few weeks my gum health has improved significantly. I’d definitely recommend using one. It’s so much easier to use and more efficient than regular flossing. Secondly the customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and Stefan who created the company replies in person, in my case with an accompanying video! Can’t praise Tahir highly enough!

I received the tahir on 02.05.26 and have used every day since to give an accurate review.

Ive used pretty much every floss product both electric and manual but what a revelation. This is a must have bit of kit, its not only so much faster and easier to use than manual its also a lot more thorough and efficient. I have much less sensitivity, my ailing old gums are definitely tightening up around the teeth base. The 'how to use' video really ramps up the benefits. Coupled with fast delivery and excellent customer service from Stefan himself, a highly recommended product and service all round.

What a brilliant device why did someone think of it before. I have arthritis in my hands and find normal flossing a real pain to do fidky and painful on my hands. So didn't do it anywhere near as often as I should have. This is a game changer and it works really well for me. Thank you. If you were on the fence about having one I would thoroughly recommend it.
