Fullstendig håpløs GPS, ubrukelig. Det vil si at den viser aldri riktig posisjon, og kan være flere kilometer feil. Posisjonen hopper fra sted til sted uten at katten beveger seg. Derfor er den ubruke... Voir plus

Great support, OK product

Clearly GPS for cats can be developed more. However, this is the most accurate one of all we tried. It's also small and look quite good.

Also, the support team is great and very helpful!

Outdated technology - do NOT buy

Ordered this for my cat, I live near Toronto, Canada. The tracker did not work AT ALL, when I contacted customer support they informed me that the tracker works on 2g network, a technology from the 90s........ which had long since been replaced in most countries.

They were honest with me but I think it’s incredibly deceiving to continue selling a product that they know will not work for most customers. I saw the negative reviews for the product before purchasing, but of course was still hopeful and just desperate to find a tracker that worked.

This is not a tracker that works, unless you live in the 1990s. If you are looking for a cat tracker, I currently have a Whistle Go which is very accurate and not too heavy for my cat. I have to use it in conjunction with a Tile Pro because the whistle does not have a sound chip which is essential for cats. Still waiting for that perfect tracker.....

I want to personally step in to say we obviously don't want to appear deceiving, so I want to let you know that the 2G technology is still widely used in a lot of the world. The reason we use it for these trackers is it's simple technology is a key factor to keeping the battery time significantly longer! 2G still has coverage in most of North-America / Europe / Asia today.

And as we usually do our best to check coverage maps before shipping orders, I see that this was not checked properly for this order. For that we do apologize, seeing as it caused a lot of trouble for you. We will obviously refund your order and subscription, if we have not already done so. Synes Tail it har litt ufortjent rykte

Synes Tail it har litt ufortjent rykte. Må si jeg fikk litt sjokk i starten av at produktet er norsk og chathjelpen er outsourca til utlandet f.eks, men du må bare ringe opp til Trondheim. Men har blitt glad i produktet nå, fungerer helt topp på pus 1 og 2 :) Aldri vært noen problemer. Ringte de i Trondheim og fikk refundert en trådløs lader på flekken også, så ingen problemer med kundeservice. Selv om 2 uker batteritid er litt overdrevent xD Mer 1 uke.
Folk klager på unøyaktighet, skjønner ikke det. Vi har mistet gpsen ute flere ganger, og appen har vist helt nøyaktig ned på meteren hvor den har ligge. Fant den forrige gang på bunnen i en skog, da leita jeg innenfor 2meters radius som GPS viste og fant den søren meg!

Tailit-enheten min for hund har fungert bra. Servicen fra kundestøtten har jeg opplevd som rask og god. Jeg vil anbefale produktet.

Tail it Bike. Lasted 3 months. Don't buy this.

One of the main reasons I bought this was for the theft notification feature. I thought I'd try it out and it failed every time I tried (different locations in case of poor GPS signal). I reached out to support and was dealt with by someone who sounded like they too aren't sure, lots of sentences starting with "I guess...". I had also enquired if there was a low battery notification feature, (there isn't). I was then informed that the theft notification feature was no longer working. That's it. No apologies, no offer of a discount or money back. And certainly no idea of when it will be back up and running again. While using, the GPS often located the bike as being in the next street, so if you're after something with pinpoint accuracy, this device isn't for you. Eventually after about 4 charges the charging input broke from the connector. I thought about sending it back but then I read reviews on how terrible this process is and decided not to bother. I'm just glad I took the pay monthly data subscription and terminated my contact. I read reviews from customers who took a years contract and lost their money.

Var næsten ved at bestille en GPS…

Var næsten ved at bestille en GPS tracker. Men det undlod jeg, da jeg så at min bestilling som lød på $79,90 pludselig var blevet til DKK 799,00.
Det er sgu en kurs der vil noget.......

Ikke kjøp dette produktet, det er ustabilt og oppdatering av lokasjon tar ofte lang tid og feiler. I tillegg er lokasjon unøyaktig. Nøyaktigheten er imidlertid bedre med livetracking.

Hold dig langt væk fra TailIT

Har købt en Tail It til kat - den er fuldstændig ubrugelig!

Jeg har kun kunnet få en position et par gange, det er ikke muligt at se tidligere positioner/historik og forbindelsen via mobilnettet er stort set ikke-eksisterende.

Når man skal have udleveret pakken (der sendes fra Norge) pålægges ca. 170 kr i moms og gebyr fra DHL (Norge er ikke en del af EU) - det burde jeg dog selv have tjekket inden købet. Det tog forøvrigt et par uger før de sendte enheden (de lover 2-4 dages levering).

Jeg har skrevet, at jeg ønsker at returnere enheden, og har fået at vide, at jeg får refunderet mit køb.

Jeg har sendt enheden til Norge for egen regning men fik den retur fordi de ikke afhentede pakken. Fik dog ny pakkelabel og måtte sende igen.

Jeg kan se, at andre skriver, at de ikke har fået pengene tilbage for det abonnement, der er nødvendigt for at kunne tænde/teste enheden. Dette abonnement koster 948 kr for 12 mdr. (den korteste periode man kan vælge på deres hjemmeside).

Jeg fik bekræftet af TailIt, at jeg udover pengene for gps-enheden får pengene for abonnementet tilbage, MEN jeg har fortsat INTET fået refunderet i forhold til selve abonnementet!!!

Gps-enhed: 483 kr
Abonnement: 948 kr

Ekstrem dårlig oplevelse!

Dårlig

Kort fortalt: Var så dum at jeg bestilte 1 års abonnement med GPS barne klokka. Problem med levering av klokka, som de skyldte på etikettleverandøren. Klokka ble tom for strøm nesten før skoledagen var over, plutselig viste GPS at barnet var 1 km unna skolen, midt i skoletiden. Brukte deres fornøyd garanti. Fikk penge tilbake for klokka, men har ikke sett snurten av det jeg betalte for abonnementet. Tail IT la ansvaret på TeleG. Mailet fram og tilbake, ga opp tilslutt.

I ordered and paid for my cat trackers…

I ordered and paid for my cat trackers more than 3 weeks back. Now I understand people go on Christmas holiday but I’ve been trying to call their office since they reopened (within their working hours), no one ever answers. I’ve left 2 voice messages with no success. Starting to wonder if this is a fraud...

Excellent, quick and customer-friendly service

My experiences with the team were very positive and exceptionally quick. First topic was advice for mounting the Tail-it Bike properly into an MTB handlebar (of some unusual diameter, as it seems), where the responses came on short notice and confirmed the required workaround. The tracking of the bike was working like a charm, during some trips (even in another EU country), no problems at all.
The second support was for advice on some broken cabling/connector. First info via chat, then short phone call - and the issue was immediately answered by a replacement device. It arrived literally in no time (within 24hrs), with all things prepared.
What can I say...kudos to the team and their commitment!!

Modtog en enhed der var i stykker

Modtog en enhed der var i stykker.
Havde kontakt til support, der ikke var til megen hjælp. Blev bedt om at sende varen retur på egen regning i “re-sellable Condition” med henvisning til deres “terms and conditions”.
Så jeg står nu og har haft udgifter til 2 gange Porto, 1 Tail it-tele-abonnement som jeg ikke kan bruge til noget, samt told - uden at have fået noget som helst for pengene.

Og Tail it - de har tjent penge på at sende ødelagte varer ud (telefon-abonnementet). Det er bondefangeri af værste skuffe!!

Ok str, men dårlig tracking

Liker str. Fin for ung katt. Men dårlig og ukorrekt gps, som også hengr seg opp og fryser på ett sted. savner også at appen ikke viser et kart over hvor ktten beveger seg mest, den viser bare real time tracking. Og den fryser punktet:
Selv med live tracking, prøve å skru av og på app, fortsatt fryst på samme sted. Punktet er ute og ikke under tak. Katten fant jeg, med gpsen rundt halsen gående langs veien like etter, et par hundre meter unna. Den eneste hjelp jeg fikk fra support på tlf var at katten sikkert var inne. Det stemte ikke. De er riktignok gode på å ta tlf, men det er lite hjelp å få. Skal også sies at jeg måtte kjøpe to; den første sendingen klarte de å sende uten simkort, så jeg måtte dra til power å kjøpe ny.. vurderer å returnere begge to, for det holder ikke mål og koster mer enn konkurrerende og (ifølge venner) bedre produkter

Stort sett fornøyd! 👍

Har testet alle trackere (stor/liten/pet) samt gps klokken for barn og de fungerer som forventet. Lydkvaliteten fra klokken er ikke alltid god men vi bor i et område som har relativt dårlig mobildekning så dette var også forventet. Har med stort hell brukt en tracker for å spore baggasje på avveie. Anbefales men man må ha realistiske forventninger til hva dagens teknologi er kapabel til i så små format som disse enhetene har.

Tail it Pet

Etter at jeg hadde satt Tail it Pet opp, fikk jeg inn GPS lokasjon, den bommet med 300m. Klarte å sende lys på/av kommando en gang. Etter det så har den ikke fungert. Veldig irriterende, glad jeg bare kjøpte 1 mnd, for dette står til stryk!!

What a rubbish company

What a rubbish company. They update the tracker but don't tell you. I lost my cat on a Saturday morning and the only people on live chat are sales...but because they had updated the tracker it couldn't track. Their answer was to turn it off and on, HOW WHEN THE CAT IS WEARING IT AND IS MISSING. Luckily the cat came home. Then about 3 weeks later the cat came home minus the collar and tracker....Guess what...yep they had updated it again so not only could I not track the collar but I also couldn't make it beep to try and find it. They cannot see that although I do not blame them for the loss of the collar I fully blame them for failing to inform me of the update so I could reset it. They did offer 50% off a new one then reduced that to 20%!!! And no refund on the years subscription I paid upfront for. Totally useless STAY AWAY!!!!

The fact that you originally were offered 50% and then downgraded to 20% we find extremely strange and this should never have happened at all.
