I’m self employed person so when Maddie first contacted me after 15-20 mins I said I was busy and been to get back to work. We made about 4-5 different appointments as most self employed people things change with customers. But Maddie stuck with it and we finally got there and she set up my new policy. Really poor, six months later I'm still waiting to go on risk.

Despite a nurses screen the insurer has now decided to ask for Doctor's report, not Tailored's fault but I've had to chase this and I've had very little communication from them.

And for the love of God, please don't call me "mate" three times in one sentence. Overly familiar and chummy, poor all round.
