I ordered a Nintendo Mario Plush Toy. The communication from the point of order to be dispatched was very quick. After ordering the item on a Saturday the item arrived via Fed Ex on the Thursday. It arrived as described to my relief as after ordering i saw the reviews on here and was worried that it might not turn up or be something different. So pleased to confirm no issues with this item and great communication

Order a Bluetooth earphone. Comes too late. Also suppose to be new one, coming used one and not a model I ordered. Crap

Mettono tempi di spedizione che poi allungano dando la colpa al covid , che esiste purtroppo da piu' di 1 anno , mandano materiale falso e di scarso valore senza imballi e si nascondono dietro a clausole poco chiare per non dare rimborsi , sono dei truffatori , spero vengano segnalati alle autorita' di competenza.

Ordered a cellphone case on 12/31. It arrived the last week of February! It didn't fit the phone it was supposedly designed for.
Killer: it costs more to return it to Canada than the thing cost me.
Good thing: got lots of fine help from PayPal.

Terrible service, fake phone case, poor quality split down the spine after a couple of weeks . When requested to send back they say I must pay recorded return to Canada. Case cost was £37 recorded delivery is £25 this company does not care. PayPal not interested they say I must return item at my own cost. Case went in the bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Going 2 months now I purchased a iPhone cover for $55. Month later I receive the wrong one. They promised to replace it, when I volunteered to return the wrong one said there was no need to, but that never happened. I took up the case with PayPal. Now they want me to return it but with tracking. This will cost me $38. I’d rather just donate the wrong one to charity and be done with.
I’m out of pocket $55 and have no phone case to show for it! Not very honest!

they sell fake products from china. worst experience of my life. I asked for a refund via paypal and I had to send the product back. They gave me a fake shipping address to canada which has no firm with that name.

Ordered Fortnite Monopoly for Xmas 2020 still not received. Company sent a used game disgusting condition. Sent photos back as requested. Heard Nothing since

I have ordered a Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset.
It took 3 months to receive it and... it doesn’t work.
It connects and disconnect every half a second, literally, making it totally useless and unusable.
I’ve tried any possible fix. Spoke to Plantronics and suggested to ask for a replacement or refund.
Needless to say that I have never received any reply.

Item not as described, seller refused to answer, launched complaint through paypal and got refund.

I purchased a Netear 790s Aircard. The item Tak Yuet International (from their site tabletphonecase.com) sent me was not brand new. It had scratches on the screen and was clearly used. It was also locked to a network, which it shouldn't have been.

I asked for a refund, but they would only refund if I paid for shipping (to the other side of the world). Even though THEY sent a used item, it is ME that has to pay the return postage which is not refunded.

If you want a used and locked item which was marketed as new, Tak Yuet International / tabletphonecase.com is your place. If not, AVOID and purchase your items from a reputable source.
