Ordered a webcam on tabletphonecase.com. It was in Dutch but apparently it is a foreign company. Got a confirmation from Home Import which turns out to be bluetoothmousetech.com. After 4 weeks I received the camera which is a twice as cheaper version. When I contact them I got a reaction from Takyuk international. After over 20 mails I still got no return form, number or refund. Total scam.

Item received without the code in, which we actually paid money for the code and when contacted they promised will send the wright one. Regarding this I have to send many emails and only get replies to emails saying that we are sending and never received the product. This company is scam for sure!

had ordered a lego technic Porsche from TakYuet, and only got an empty package where there was only foil in it, now I wanted my money back, now I want to send the package back at my expense, I will lawyer and turn on the police.

Unfortunately you're unlikely to know that you have done business with Tak Yuet until you receive an invoice. This is because they advertise and sell through websites of different names, such as ToyBetter.
Likelihood is that you will receive a poor reproduction of the genuine article, with less functionality poor build quality.
We bought two identical(?) items from different sources. The Tak Yuet one was a non-functional fake which did not possess either the endorsement from the original brand (no reg trade mark, or license), nor the functionality of the genuine article. Waste of time and money.
Plus, if you want your money back you must return the item to Hong Kong.... Is it even legal to send/return fake goods?

Delivery of wrong goods. Promised delivery of right goods several times but it never happened. Then they stopped communicating.

Looking at the reviews for this company they are not very good a lot of customers are not very happy with the service they received.
But in my case this is not so. I ordered one I phone silicone case cheaper than anywhere else placed my order got confirmation received my case in maybe a little over to weeks DHL delivery genuine case wrapped properly perfect condition .Exactly as ordered. Company that does not respect the cancellations made, cancellations with three or four minutes of difference between the order and the cancellation, the request was made twice and ignored on either occasion. The transport very fast, I suppose to show that the order was already en route.
The package in bad wrap, worse presentation, I certainly do not recommend it although they offered me the possibility to return it, but my experience tells me that if I make the return, I run out of money and without material, I already spent with another seller of another firm from this same country.

Empresa que no respeta las anulaciones efectuadas, anulaciones con tres o cuatro minutos de diferencia entre el pedido y la anulación, se le hizo dos veces la petición y no hizo caso en ninguna de las dos ocasiones. El transporte muy rápido, supongo para demostrar que el pedido estaba ya en ruta.
El paquete en pésima envoltura, peor presentación, sin duda no lo recomiendo aunque me ofrecieron la posibilidad de devolverlo, pero mi experiencia me dice que si hago la devolución, me quedo sin dinero y sin material, ya me pasón con otro vendedor de otra firma de este mismo país.

Do not order anything from this company. I order a Bluetooth months ago. I didn’t realize I was coming from Hong Kong. When I finally got it. It was the wrong one and didn’t work. I e-mailed them, they ask for a screenshot of the one I got, i did that. They said will get it in a week the one I ordered in a week. I still waiting and that was two months ago.i asked for refund. They keep making excuses and asking to take more screenshots. Now they just ignoring my emails.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHICH MARKETS ITS GOOD THROUGH VARIOUS OTHER FAKE WEBSITE COMPANYS. They send out unbelievably bad fakes.They are based in Hong Kong even though some of their websites make it look as if they are USA based.

Se potessi, metterei 0 stelle. Acquisto Jessie di toy story esattamente il 27 maggio, mi arriva il 14 giugno...in una busta, fuori dal suo cartone, quindi già l'imballaggio era pessimo. Ed era la versione tarocca! Diversissima da quella della foto, addirittura il cartone era diverso! Pessimi veramente! Avverto subito il servizio clienti di quanto accaduto e la tirano alla lunga incolpandomi di non aver dato il SI per farmi mandare l'altra versione. Fatto sta che mi hanno promesso l'altra senza voler indietro la mia, dicendomi dopo circa una settimana che mi avrebbero dato il nuovo numero di tracciamento, dopo di che io continuo a chiedere dopo 3 giorni DOV'È IL MIO NUOVO NUMERO DI TRACCIAMENTO? HO SPESO I MIEI SOLDI TRUFFATORI LADRI! Spariscono per un'altra settimana. Contatto direttamente il venditore tramite paypal ma nulla. Così faccio reclamo a paypal, che mi forniscono il suo indirizzo , sto personaggio manco il suo nome ha fornito! Una perdita di tempo assurda! Ho direttamente chiamato quelli di paypal che mi hanno detto di non mandare indietro nulla perché non ne valeva la pena e che mi rimborsavano direttamente loro e che loro stessi avrebbero punito il truffatore sicuramente multandolo! Quel sito deve chiudere! Esperienza a dir poco vergognosa!! Solo una parola per Tak.yuet international. SCHIFO!!! Mai più!! Lo sconsiglio! Se cercate l'indirizzo manco esiste! It's a scam. Do not order from them! I ordered a phone case. They sent the wrong one and told me they would send the proper one which I have now been waiting a month for. I asked that they refund my money and they do not respond to my emails.
