Terrible company
Terrible company , rude on email ( Will was the staff member ) . I made a genuine mistake and ordered x2 in error of each item in basket . Have returned the item as requested over 10 days ago , I have proof of receipt they have signed for it , no response to my emails and no refund . Next step will be trading standards for my refund process . AVOID THIS COMPANY

A little disappointed the earrings are…
A little disappointed ghe earrings are not aa luminescent aa the necklace. I think this I because they are smaller and so don’t have a hole behind them. So whilst I love the necklace I’m not as happy with the earrings .

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service , I have sent over 6 e mails and had no reply I waited over 15 days for my delivery I paid next day for and it was not here for Christmas and you took the opportunity off me to celebrate with my wife to be .. you ruined my Christmas and your lack of customer care , I would not recommend you to my worst enemy .

Hello Richard,
I have looked into this order, I can see it was placed after we shut down for Christmas. The item was packed and shipped upon the company reopening on the 3rd and was delivered 4 days later as per our emails with proof of delivery to the address provided.

I have used this company a few times at first was happy with what I received but my latest purchases have been very disappointing a ring with a stone that fell out a few days later and the same with a matching necklace I will no longer be spending money them and would advise be careful what u buy if you buy from here

Hello Jamie,
Though we apologise 1 in thousand items does fail and as per the email request you sent we sent a replacement item out to you as soon as we viewed the request (yes this was delayed due to the christmas shut down) but as a business we feel the replacement of a defective item within such a space of time is the best we can offer as we will never be able to avoid the less than 15 failure rate that occurs with any product.

Very pleased with the Necklace and nice box as well. Cannot provide a photo of it on as it's a gift. The customer service was very good as when I purchased the Necklace, I had the message to my Daughter and then I saw you could have to Our Daughter. I contacted them and said if it was possible to change it. They said they would and were true to their word.

Recieved a gift from partner for…
Recieved a gift from partner for Christmas.
Unfortunately the item is unstable and would like to return.
Gift arrived on 19th December.
Returns policy is only 14 days, even over Christmas period?
Have tried to contact Talia Rae via email with no response.
Necklace and earrings are unused and still in original packaging however earrings are unable to be returned?
Getting no response and have no idea if I am able to return these items.
Wouldn’t recommend and would never use this site again.

We are only just back in the office so getting to emails now we are 14 days from contacting our team to open a refund request. If you see on our policy so you are still eligible to return this item as long as we have it back within 14 days of you opening the return request.

My daughter loved her necklace, the words written in the presentation case brought tears to her eyes.
