The only thing was they did not put in our po box number as part of the address and Post Office almost sent it back because of that. They did hold it because how much was paid in shipping.

The ring i got looks amazing! The cut and colour of the gem makes it look like stars in the sky <3 I had some small shipping issues, but they were great at keeping me updated.

I would highly recommend as the tanzanite I purchased from them is so beautiful, I can't seem to tear my eyes away from looking at it. I saw a tanzanite with this color in the early 80's on display in a posh jewelry store and the one I purchased rivals it in every bit of color play and looks.

Just recently received the custom tanzanite earrings I ordered for my wife's birthday and they are STUNNING. Alice listened to what I wanted and came up with preliminary designs quickly, then suggested larger tanzanite ovals and more diamonds to better compliment the large stone and baker’s dozen diamonds in the pendant that I was trying to match. My pendant features a vivid violet blue tanzanite that is hard to match earrings with because most fine jewelers only carry the deeper blue stones that are more popular and fetch a better price. Alice kept my budget in mind and was able to perfectly match the color and cut to my stone from just a few amateur pictures and the team did a great job creating these earrings. They kept me notified as to their progress, and the earrings were ready in a short time after I approved and returned the tanzanites. Nancy shipped the same day with priority delivery, well packed in that cute little treasure chest box. When I opened it, I was knocked out by the overall look, the quality and workmanship. Everything about this process brings a smile to my face, and I absolutely will be having them work on more custom pieces.

I purchased single tanzanite gem for an anniversary gift. I had arranged that my wife could design her own ring with local jeweler who stated the price was better than he could get. The gem was everything as described.
