Tap Cartridges Avis 

Cartridge was delivered quickly after placing order. Item fitted tap perfectly. So all good!

In the past I have found trying to replace a tap cartridge to be a nightmare as there are just so many types. After three failed (non-returnable) attempts I came to tap cartridges, went through their sizing guide on the website and got the right one first time, delivered in a couple of days.

Shoulda come here first and will do in future every time I need a replacement, it couldn't have been simpler.

Website is clearly laid out. All the tap cartridges are fully dimensioned with easy instructions to help identify your components, delivery was fast. Installation much easier and cheaper than replacing a tap. Although there are cheaper units out there you cant be as certain you are getting the right item. In the end, fit was perfect, tap fixed, job done! Very pleased

It took a time to find a unit to all the measurements, but the system gave me a few options , so I chose the nearest to my original cartridge I bought both hot and cold type I have only installed one at. The moment It fitted perfectly . Very relieved.

Great resources to allow you to figure out which part you need (can't believe ceramic tap filters aren't standardised). So the part I ordered fitted and works.

It was the list of measurements which you input on the website as input each measurement it takes away a cartridge not compatible until you are left with one cartridge I used this method and found correct cartridge great idea that worked for me

Easy to use website and by using the old cartridge measuremnts I was able to find the correct replacement with confidence.

I found it difficult to fit, but that could have been because the old cartridge was split and had leaked a lot and had built up limescale.

Incredibly frustrating tap cartridge finding tool.
What is the point in me measuring and then specifying a dimension for the tool to produce results that *do not match* my selections!!

... and I appreciate your point. However, *surely* it is up to the customer to provide accurate measurements (at least to 0.1mm - this really isn't difficult or expensive as a cheap digital vernier caliper of that accuracy can be bought for well under £20 these days) and not to disadvantage those potential customers who *can* provide accurate measurements by drowning them with so many options that they then have wade through them all to check if they match or not?!

Anyway, from your POV what you may find is happening is that potential customers get as frustrated as I did and simply *go elsewhere*.

Did not realise that there were so many different tap cartridges, but the drop-down menu provided a thinning down to the most likely required. A vernier gauge steered me to the exact cartridge, quickly posted, well packaged, & much, much cheaper than having to replace the entire tap. Very much highly recommended, very delighted.

The only website i could find that makes it easy to identify which tap cartidges i needed. Why the F#$K there are so many different ones is beyond me. Very quick free delivery too

Excellent service. I uploaded a diagram with dimensions of the old cartridge and almost immediately got a response. Put and order in and new kit arrived very quickly. Will use Tap Cartridges again when needed.
